easy build due to the precision of the parts - Tamiya is great

A very fine model kit. Sometimes to my makes it difficult to locate the precision fit of the parts. Sometimes you gotta make up parts. This one was complete and very well put together nicely done. Thank you.

Take your time and enjoy this build! Of course the details are always the hardest especially the on the extra gear and the personale. I found the tracks pretty easy as most the plastic is sometimes stiff. The track was flexible enough for easy install. Some flash work to do but I had no fill spots. Fun model!

Model looks very accurate. Everything went together well. Looks fantastic with an airbrushed desert paint job.

This is a true builders experience… the amount of detail and quality that went into making this a replica is astonishing… this is not a beginner’s model… the amount of details in this one is staggering…

This was an awesome kit, probably the most fun to build out of all of all of what I've do so far. I took a few creative liberties but overall, everything went together really well. The detail is great, and it was fairly easy to put together. My main gripe is that there are no details for the interior whatsoever. Comparing this to the B29 build I did with Academy; that required building every tiny detail on the interior (which you will NEVER see) this IFV has a lot of openings and hatches which would allow you to see the inside very well. It even has the main rear hatch on hinges so you could leave it completely open if you wanted. A little bummed about that, but still love this kit.

Have not started to build yet. The item came a few days early.

As usual with Tamiya kits, this one has awesome details! Get your tweezers and magnifying glasses ready though - tons of small parts! But all fit perfectly- as is the case with Tamiya kits.

This was a superb model to make - the fit, engineering and level of detail were perfect. There was nothing dificult or too fidley and it was a very rewarding model to make. Some people don't like the rubber band tracks but I think that it's ok when, like this model, the sag of the tracks are hidden by the armoured skirts. The only problem I had was applying the decals - there are some very highly raised surfaces that made applying the decals difficult. Although I made use of decal softner, with hindsight I would have made some cuts in them before soaking to try and help negotiate the lumps and bumps
