Lots of support & easy to put on
I had an accident on Sept 2019 which resulted in a badly sprained lower back spine/lumbar & hips. The pain is still there to this day and I suspect it will never truly go away, that's why I rates rated the pain 4 stars . My job requires me to lift boxes and totes. The most I lift is 30lbs continuously & sometimes I can't walk from the pain after my shift. This brace is a life saver! It gives me all the support I need, where I need it. Sometimes it rides up a bit but it's a quick fix with minor adjustments. You should still practice proper lifting, no matter what. It conforms to your body shape. I wear it over a thin shirt/ tank top & I don't really sweat much with it. It's not bulky looking either when I put a shirt over it. I love that you can easily tighten or loosen it up with the handles. I wish the velcro was longer so I can strap the handles around my waist. Sorry for the long review. Overall, I love this brace.

Very supportive for lower back.
This brace provides great lower back support.I have degenerative disc disease and spondylolisthesis. Could barely work in the yard for any length of time without debilitating back pain. This brace is so supportive that now I can work in the yard and not have severe back pain later that day. It is a little cumbersome to wear. However, it’s worth it. I highly recommend for lower back support.

Very supportive!
Husband says it’s very sturdy and supportive. But could use a bit more padding as it gets really tight and will sometimes poke his side. He loves it though!

It took me a while to figure out the directions, but, WOW~.....
Once I figured out the directions on how to put it together and use it, what a surprise! I have both scoliosis and spinal stenosis, which cause me a lOT of pain. I am 83 years old, and still do all our yardwork, as well as pool maintenace. Once put on, I pulled the added straps on the side. I have never had anything that would give me the support I needed. Once I pulled those two straps, as tight as I could, I heard a "POP". It was from my lower back. The pain was gone!!! I guess I should have marked out where the spinal pain was located, but, now, I know I do NOT need the "laminectomy" my now EX spine doc advised. I have been all day without wearing it, and have no pain. What a wonderful product!!!

So So but not worth the higher pricing
Good Support but the mesh material did not help at all with breathable type material, once removed my shirts were noticeably wet with sweat. It also slid up my body with the material being a kind of nylon.

comfortable and great support brace
This back brace is fantastic. I fractured my spine a few years ago and the hospital gave me a brace like this one. However, I have gained weight and I wasn't able to use it anymore. I have tried 3 other braces, but they didn't support my back in the areas I needed. This brace fits great, and it supports my lower back and a little of the middle part of my back. I have a short torso. I highly recommend this brace if you are looking for one that you can adjust the tension and supports the lower part of your back. The only problem I have with this brace is that, because I have a short torso it sometimes digs into my mid belly roll only because I am fat lol.

Great engineered brace
This brand of brace is engineered to give support in a couple different ways so one can dial in the support one needs

Great but warning for those with long torso
Comfortable, and fits well under clothes without being too bulky as you can see from the photos. I am wearing this during activities to keep me immobilized from certain movements and help my posture, as I had an L4-L5 micro discectomy a month ago and I’m on movement restrictions for three months. It is great in the back, but the back panel is about 2 inches longer one at the top one at the bottom. The band doesn’t have those extra inches in the front so the band rides up, which is not great for those with a long torso. The adjustable band is excellent, will fit a lot of different shapes and sizes. I’m just under 5’9” and buy tall clothes too for this exact reason things are too short like this band. I have switched to another brace for most of the day one that has much more torso coverageI wear this when I walk for exercise and drive or other things that require me to have a little more restriction and firmness in the back. Would still recommend this but note this limitation for those with long torsos who may need a second brace with longer boning.
