This is a good buy. Really good way to start the day, wakes up my aching muscles. Good quality.

I've used this a couple of times. I thought it wasn't really doing much but I felt the difference the following day. I suggest that you don't overdo it at first.

It’s not made of soft foam but solid plastic, ok on leg muscles but to hard for use on the back.

Has really eased my tight muscles! So far so good!

This is as it is advertised. I wanted it to massage calves more easily.I am not using it though. I’m using my hands to massage my calves.Product feedback: I find the central part quite hard and shiny and lacking in resistance. I think it would be better in a more rubber or hard foam finish. Just my personal opinion.

Instructions nice and clear. Results seem very good if a bit painful at times to use, but well worth it.

Was not really expecting much from this product with many viewings of videos, but my goodness it is really great. Manly use on my calves and thighs to ease out tight knotty muscles. Great for that IT band for those who know what that is. By applying your total weight accordingly you can vary the pressure without to much effort. Good build and looks like it will last a long time.

Bought this as i needed something convenient that could fit in my carry on suitcase. It does the job and i use it frequenlty when sitting at the desk at home or when on vacation.Its not foam and not flexible, not as ergonomic as i would like but overall recommended.
