Hoping it makes me more productive
Bought this mainly for work instead of using loads of paper, having tried it out this morning seems easy to use and will help me be more productive, saves on paper, it has many uses so as I get use to it I will get more from it, nice feel to it, looks expensive and better than carting multiple notebooks and documents around , you can also email from it and has a lot of features, good read and writable and adjustable brightness

Not for the faint hearted
I liked the look of the kit but, after many hours of trying, gave up and sent it back. Being used to using an iPhone and iPad, I found this to be from another planet. A great concept but the software needs to be more intuitive - in my opinion.

What does it do best?
If you want to take basic notes or sketch rough ideas this device has a nice writing experience with no lag. ( the eraser can lag a little, although common in e-ink devices) It's a bit slow to load complex drawings and handwriting to txt but nothing drastic. I also use this device to read non DRM epubs. The default reader on the device is absolute garbage for pdfs mark up and epub reading, so don't bother. I side loaded Moonreader (e-ink mode) with the English free dictionary and it works great for ebook reading/highlights/bookmarks and typed notes. Bottom line, If you want to read non DRM ebooks (side loading moon reader) and take basic notes/sketches this device is just perfect. Don't expect anything more than that. I think it's fine and keeps things distraction free. It works out cheaper @ £350 than the competition all in (A5 Folio case/pen/tablet) I sincerely hope Lenore develop the software further as the hardware is beautifully made. I wish I could say the same of the softwares basic function or lack there of.

Great replacement for paper note books
Very happy with this and use every day for note taking. Like that it is so easy to find meeting notes and action plans and easy to remove once no longer required. I did get a good deal and probably wouldn't pay full price.

The ereader is great.
Good thinhs: Is very good quality, nice on writting, good for reading. Bad things: A bit slow when you change apps but that is really fine. Is an electronic note book and an e-reader, not a laptop so it does the job. I am very happy with it.

Great, but not!
It was great writing experience! But after creating multiple notebooks and write some notes, after a month when I unlock the device, all the notebooks were missing and all the writings were lost! Just use paper for now, don't buy!
