Great gummies. Taste was good

Love these. They taste so good. Don’t notice any difference at all after taking them a month, but I’ll keep trying.

I’m not really sure that they’re working, but they give me a sugar-free treat every day. They taste great and and I don’t feel guilty about it.😋

I have no idea if they're working. I cant take them in the day because they make me very sleepy. I usually am very sensitive to vitamins and medicine, so im not sure what it is making me sleepy. The first time I took the recommended dose of 2 gummies at 8 am, I slept the whole day. I would try to wake up and couldn't. So I took one gummy before bed and worked my way up to 2. Only good news is they're cheaper than sleep gummies and have been helping with my sleep. As for sweets, the craving hasn't gone away, but I need less to satisfy me now (half a sweet treat vs a whole one or two). Supposedly berberine is supposed to lowr androgen levels but I haven't noticed less chin hair unfortunately.

These are super yummy and seem to be doing what they are supposed to be doing (have not had them for a few weeks though). There is enough for 2 each day for a month and I will be getting them on a subscription next month.

I think they are working. Not for sure how long before you see/feel a difference.
