I purchased this Bluetooth conference speakerphone about two months ago for use in my home office during remote meetings. The device arrived well packaged with the speakerphone unit, USB-C charging cable, and user manual included. Setup was extremely simple - it connected to my laptop via Bluetooth within seconds without needing any driver installation. The compact size fits easily on my desk without taking up too much space. The audio quality is genuinely impressive. The voice processor technology does an excellent job of isolating my voice and filtering out background noise. I tested it with my ceiling fan running and typing on my keyboard, and colleagues on calls confirmed they could hear me clearly without the distracting ambient sounds. The 4 omnidirectional microphones pick up my voice well from different positions at my desk - I can lean back in my chair or move around slightly and still be heard clearly. The 20 foot range claim seems accurate based on testing around my office. The speaker output is crisp and clear with good volume. I can hear other meeting participants without straining even when multiple people are talking. The 5W speaker provides sufficient sound to fill my home office space. The full-duplex audio allows for natural conversation flow without the awkward cutting in and out that some speakerphones have. Connecting via USB-C as an alternative to Bluetooth works seamlessly and provides a stable connection during longer meetings. However, the battery life falls short of the advertised 10 hours of talk time. In my experience with typical video conference usage, I’m getting closer to 6-7 hours before needing to recharge. This is still adequate for most workdays but notably less than promised. The 3 hour charging time is accurate. The device works well with various meeting platforms I use regularly including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. The compatibility across different operating systems has been reliable. After two months of daily use for multiple meetings per week, the device is still performing well with no technical issues. The build quality feels solid. Overall this is a high-quality conference speakerphone that delivers on audio clarity and ease of use, just be aware the actual battery life is shorter than advertised.

Excellent value for the price. The build quality feels solid, and it works right out of the box—just plug it in and it’s ready to go with no setup required. The sound is clear and surprisingly loud, and the microphones pick up voices very well with crisp audio. I move between several rooms for meetings during the day, and this has become something I carry with me everywhere. It’s extremely convenient and makes joining calls much easier.

I've now used these on about 8 webinar/zoom type meeting. The remote listeners have primarily reported very good results. A few have reported problems, but that may have been to their own internet setups or overheard people not near a microphone, since when a few have reported these issues, most others reported no similar problems. The speaker is quite loud and you can clearly hear what the remote people are saying. The only issue that I have had with the equipment is that I had difficulty turning one microphone off. I would press the off button, it would go off for a second and then go back on.

There is like a 2 sec delay between me speaking at it coming out of speaker. Cant get mics to work unless Im on zoom. I was just wanting a in person system not a zoom meeting.

This is a great quality conference speakerphone product with good build quality. I used it for my office meetings on my laptop connected to my office room monitors. Everything works great without any issues. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Conference calls works well - Microphones are very good with ambient noise-cancellation & AI features features. I can totally rely on these as the microphone is connected to my laptop and I don’t have any other alternative - Connecting to a port makes it immediately ready for usage. It didn’t show any installation pop-up on the Windows machine. Instant ready to use with plug and play - Speakers are loud enough as well - Build quality is great & sits well on the office desk - Very reasonably priced when competition is high Cons: - There are no other color options for the product. I would have preferred gray or white for aesthetic reasons

I like this product! It delivers clear voice pickup with 4 microphones and strong noise cancellation. It’s easy to setup with Bluetooth. And works well for meetings. A good speakphone for conference room.

I wanted something for a big meeting room. This is a perfect solution. Audio quality is great. Used it will all 10 mics and the quality is amazing. It took about 2 hours for the mics to charge. They lasted for the entire meeting of more than 4 hours.

Funciona excelente para cumplir con lo requerido de un microfono inamabrico, la calidad de audio no es tan buena pero funciona excelente en cuanto a alcance, facilidad de operacion, la voz se escucha clara pero no con la calidad de un microfono profesional, sin embargo por el precio no se puede exigir mas.

Works very well in groups 20-25, good value, not intimidating. It was very difficult to go through all the competition's specks to compare apples to oranges, but worth the effort in this case.
