Best hair tool I have ever purchased. It works so well, and my hair comes out perfect every time. It's so effortless for my mid back, fair, very straight hair. My hair tends to hold a lot of moisture (not damaged its just that way for whatever reason) so when I used to curl my hair with any kind of hair iron it just would not stay. This is the only tool I have found that works on my type of hair to hold to curls for more than 6 hours. The whole top also comes apart which is great for cleaning and if the hair doesn't wrap quite right - your hair can come right out its very safe.

I've never been able to curl my fine, straight hair with regular curlers, I can't figure out how to use them and end up burning my hair instead. This tool made it so easy to do curls, you choose the temperature and the type of curl. I didn't want a tool that would get too hot and damage my hair more than necessary. The instructions even tell you which way to curl the hair. I had my doubts that any tool would work for me, but this completely beginner friendly. The tangle-free feature is great too; if your hair is tangled, it'll beep and stop curling so your hair doesn't get stuck. Very rarely am I so happy with a purchase, it was money well spent.

When I first received this item, there was a bit of a learning curve. I thought it was gimmicky and was about to return it. I am soooooooo glad I gave it another shot, because once I got the hang of it, I absolutely love the type of curl this produces! Soft natural waves that last in my hair for several days. I get so many compliments on my hair when I use this device. Once you get in your grove, it’s so fast. I have fairly thick, coarse hair, but I can curl my whole head in about 15 minutes. It’s also fun to use! What makes this iron different than other automatic wands is that you start the curl from the top near your scalp, not the bottom of the strand. This produces much better longer lasting curls. There are several options for different curl types, tight, medium, or loose curl. I like to use the medium curl on 385 degrees and the curls come out perfect every time! It’s not too heavy and the buttons are placed so that I don’t accidentally change a setting while using. I also like that it doesn’t get too hot. I am soooooooo glad I found this tool. I haven’t used any other since and I will continue to use it everyday! Highly recommend for anyone considering.

I am not handy at all with doing hair. This tool was very easy to use even for me. Something about looking into a mirror and making sure you wrap the hair correctly always perplexed me. Not so with this tool. Also if hair gets tangled - which my curly frizzy hair does, it beeps and then releases. Usually that means that you tried to wrap too much hair into the wand but the hair came out easy and still attached to my head so that's a plus. It has three settings for how tight or loose you want the curls. Just make sure your hair is completely dry before using - you don't want to fry it. I also use the lowest temp which is 300 something when operating. For me that is hot enough. Overall, would highly recommend.

Bought this for my tween as a birthday gift. She was having a hard time learning how to curl her hair with traditional irons. I purchased this in hopes that it would make curling her hair by herself easier. It still took some time for her to be comfortable and know how much hair to section off to not overwhelm the device. It gives beautiful circles that last hours. Great for young girls learning to do their own hair or if you want perfect consistent curls!

I love when my hair is curled but my thick hair takes forever and I usually end up with a burn or two on my finger or ears. I also struggle to look in the mirror and wrap it around the barrel the same way so I thought this would be my solution. It does great and very beautiful curls quickly which I love, however…it can be a bit finicky. I can get the front sides done fine but then when I get to the back, it’s hard to see and get the hair exactly into place. If it’s not perfectly in there or you get too much hair, it’ll tangle and not curl it. I’ve had this happen several times and it’s so frustrating. So if you have thin hair, or are skilled at seeing the back of your head, this is for you.

Handy appliance. Fast heat up, easy to use, even with arthritic hands, does a great job and is quick. Just don't try to do huge sections, like it says in the directions!
