I love that attention is given to "good stress," but even more powerful, I have not before seen the "Wellness Wheel," and this was interesting and enlightening. It's worth the price of the book and more all by itself — A graphic way to assess and improve each corner of your life over time. Brilliant. I find I jump into the accompanying workbooks lately even before the underlying text, and i's just for these reasons of accessibility, graphic design, simplicity. Like Cliff's Notes back in high school, in a way, but perhaps rather than sort of "cheating" it's a smooth runway into not only concepts but participation in the subject. And this one is really well done, in fact more interested in Ashry Publications and what they offer. Highly recommend!

Get the paperback version not the ebook
This book revolves around the idea of the Wellness Wheel for a balanced life. The core concept is simple and straightforward. It draws our attention to various life aspects (e.g. finances, relationships, health, career, etc.) and how we can take action to improve our overall life satisfaction. You can use this book as a notebook to write actions to achieve a more balanced life, take notes, and track your progress. There are some nice inspirational quotes too. Here is my favorite: "I am not a product of my circumstances ... I am a product of my decisions."
