These are all I drink when I am out cycling. I love the fact they have coconut water to help even more with hydration. The packets are perfect for putting in my pockets and being able to refill on long rides. I love they have different flavor packets so I don’t get sick of the same flavor all the time. The powder doesn’t clump and mixes well. Having the extra aminos, vitamins and minerals make these a great choice for hydration.

I put a handful of these in my husband’s cooler every morning, and by 6pm, he’s still upright and not mumbling about “the light.” Tastes good, mixes fast, and doesn’t have that fake sugar weirdness. Honestly, he sweats so much he could be bottled and sold as “Essence of Hard Work.” These hydration sticks are keeping him alive, and me from calling 911.

One of my favorite prime flavors - taste like glacier freeze of other brands. It’s a little sweet but i like to put it in 32-40oz of water. Plus it makes me drink more water. Easy to mix and doesn’t clump up like other brands. Highly recommend

Tastes great, takes a little longer to dissolve and I mix with a strawberry for best flavor. Only way I can get my husband to take electrolytes.
