Robin: Tim Drake Compendium Book One

It's worth the money

I enjoyed the issues when they were originally published and glad to see them collected and hope to see a volume 2. This book is well worth the cost, but be prepared for a different c9ver than the one shown which I prefer. My only issue I have had with it, is that I have received my initial order and a replacement as there is a tear going just over half of page 121.

Managed to get this on sale for a little less then $34 and I love it! Arrived in perfect condition and within 24hrs of my order being placed. Only thing is I wish it came in hardcover especially for such a thick book but I still really like it. It also comes with a different cover then advertised which is a pet peeve of mine but I still like it. I hope there is a second one.

Fantastic edition, so glad Dixon’s Robin run is getting the compendium treatment. I just hope they release another one like they’re doing for his Nightwing run!

It’s not the cover shown on Amazon. Nice book. I like the matte finish pages. Looks and feels vintage.

I didnt read these comics when they were originally published but Im enjoying them now in 2024

The book is massive as compendiums should be. Good mapping. A great way to start reading about Tim Drake. I have 3 DC compendiums and I'd definitely say that DC doesn't know how to make compendiums. In this compendium, the spine lacks of glue in the lower part. I have invincible compendium and its spine is strong as hell. It seems that DC wants to reduce cost.... I fear that someday pages start falling out.

I love it, great story BUT it came slightly damaged (which usually happens when i order off amazon) and the cover is bent, it is still easy to read so i dont really mind

Endlich ein Compendium, das die frühen Bände der Tim Drake Robin-Serie beinhaltet. Die Comics waren damals nicht ohne Grund so beliebt, da die Mischung aus High School und Robin Solo-Abenteuern echt gut funktioniert hat. Hoffentlich kündigt DC bald Book 2 an.

A huge compendium collecting the introduction of Tim Drake from Detective and Batmans and his first few mini series as well as the inital first few issues of his long running solo series that ran from the early 90's to the late 00's. These compendiums have become a reading format of choice for me. I'm excited for volume 2 of Robin! I would love to see these compendiums cover the different event series from the 90's as well. Also Steel's solo series would be great to get collected like this, as well as 90's Superboy!
