Bissell BigGreen Commercial BG10 Deep Cleaning 2 Motor Extracter Machine w/ Upholstery Tool, and 32 OZ Shampoo Bundle

I’ve just cleaned our upstairs’ carpet with my new BISSELL Big Green machine, Model BG10. This is my 3rd carpet cleaner manufactured by Bissell and all ordered through Amazon. The first two were made out of cheap plastic that should have been an embarrassment to BISSELL, so I returned them. This cleaner is Bissell’s commercial version and will suck up your dog if you’re not careful. It’s commercial grade and weighs 49 lb. My right arm got a great workout, and it was so satisfying in a weird way to dump dark dirty water into the utility sink! This machine is built like a tank and gets the job done. Of course it was the most expensive model, but there’s nothing like a quality carpet cleaner. I ♥️ it. Big Green is my new boyfriend! (It cleans up after itself and has muscle.) It’s a powerhouse that makes Bissell’s other carpet vacs look pathetic and my carpet look, smell, and feel sensational. A moron could operate it - super straight forward! In my opinion, though, Bissell’s instruction manual says to use WAY too much soap! Soap is your enemy when cleaning carpet. It doesn’t rinse out easily, and for that reason, a very small amount of Bissell’s detergent (included with the order), should be used. Water mixed with vinegar will help to remove any residual soap left in your carpet fibers if you give your carpet a final rinse. This machine is, finally, a keeper. I look forward to a long and happy relationship.

cleans carpets beautifully. my job had one that i borrowed a few times due to my dog getting older and having more accidents so i just went ahead and purchased one myself i liked it so much. its not too heavy but heavy enough that it sucks up a good amount of the water/cleaner that youre applying so the carpet dries quicker than say a carpet cleaner you could buy from walmart. its easy to move around, the brushes dont start moving until you push the lever to make the top half fold down. it also has a storage/transport mode where the top half of the handle folds down and cuts the height in half and makes it fit into the back of most suvs.

I have had this for a week now. Out of the box easy set up. Hot water from the tap with solution. Once over a carpet that hasn't been deep cleaned in over 10 years and absolutely amazed at the results I got. I'm 70 years old and had no trouble maneuvering the cleaner. Back in the box easy break down. Cannot say enough good things about it. It was an investment well worth the money because it has absolutely paid for itself with one room cleaning. Thank you!

I looked at the reviews and then watched some demonstrations of this machine. The actual demonstration and comparison videos sold me on this product, and it is just as advertised! It is incredible and brought our rugs back to new life! I love that it is very efficient, and, I was able to do all the rugs in the entire house on one tank of cleaner. Worth every penny!

This works as advertised it really does a good job at getting the deep ground u. Dirt fur us coming up out of the carpet we didn’t know was trapped in it. We have stained carpet white with pets it made it slit better

When we first started using it we made some mistakes like how we were actually cleaning the carpet but once we realized what we were doing, and started using it correctly with each pass we noticed a big difference in the carpet itself. What we were doing initially was moving too fast, it was still cleaning but wasn’t drying quickly, which was remedied fairly easily by just going slower and also going back over the small section we had done first. Both of us agreed slow and steady would give the best results, and by slow I mean just that, slow…. But the amount of dirty we had gotten from the dirty tank was enough to tell us that despite vacuuming 2 times a week normally (and yes we vacuum slowly, not speed running it) definitely isn’t getting the whole job done. I looked at renting versus owning and we both felt owning was best for us, and the discussion between 2 motors or one surrounding this machine and the residential version, well I chose this one to be sure of no issues but also because being able to change the cord easily in case a dog chewed it was worth the difference. This carpet cleaner is definitely better than the vibrating brush versions of rug doctor, and frankly saving several hundred from rug doctors rotator brush machine, we cannot recommend this one enough. It does a excellent job, and we do plan to do the room we just did again in a week or so just to see if anything else comes up nearly like it did the first time. It is nice to be able to have the machine and invest the time at our leisure than that of renting all the time. Big plus in our book. If you are on the fence, I hope our review pushes you over and you but this or the residential, I’m sure either machine will do great, and we are definitely happy with the purchase. (Take note, we just got it and used it and this is the review, I don’t know about longevity yet)

It's a decent machine. It's easy to use and easy to rinse out afterwards. It's bulky, but not heavy. It cleans ok, but I still have had trouble getting red cool aid stains out. I like the detachable cord. It makes it easy to use and is great in case the cord frays. Two of the biggest cons are that it's expensive. And you can't see the dirty water that it picks up, cause the plastic is slightly opaque.
