I have a lot of food allergies including wheat & dairy and I wanted a cookbook I could use with my 21 Day Fix Extreme containers. And here it is! It has some new recipes (even if you’ve done Low FodMAPS or AIP Paleo). But, it also has some comfort foods made gut friendly (Country Fried Chicken). There are also waffles (& not JUST for breakfast).I am not a Beach Body/BoDi coach or an affiliate. Her container program works to belp you meet your goals & you don’t feel hungry or deprived.

Had great information
I have trouble eating dairy and being able to find other options, but also yummy options have been great! This cookbook is all dairy-free and working on gut health. Cooking the meals from this cookbook has been amazing and I have been feeling so much better. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for non-dairy meal options! My favorite recipe is the Mango Chicken Curry!

Great recipes
This is my go-to cookbook! I feel so great when I follow the meal plan and use these recipes. I can’t believe how creative and delicious some items are like the “creamy cheese spread” for example. There’s no cheese at all, it’s gut-health approved, and so good!One other thing that’s important to note, is that there are plenty of vegetarian options which I appreciate.

Underwhelmed with some of the recipes.
Love Autumn as a trainer but not so much as a chef. There is some very good and healthy information in the book. I’m just not a fan of the majority of the recipes.

Not for working mamas without a chef
I wanted to love this so much. I have post-it’s all over mine from the recipes I made for the gut protocol. My friend and I did the workout program and really tried to stick with the diet portion outlined in this book, but the recipes were so time consuming and the random ingredients we had to get really added up. I did this a few months ago and can’t remember a single recipe I would want to repeat. This doesn’t mean that I don’t love autumn, but boy these recipes aren’t for working mamas without private chefs.
