This is an energy drink that's good. I usually will drink one in the morning when I get up moving slow. I've found that once I drink it, I will start to feel better in 15-20 minutes. I soon forget that I didn't have energy when I got up. It does not give me the shakes like some energy drinks I've tried. I haven't noticed how long it works, because everything is so smooth.
