I am not one to write reviews, but this hair dryer has changed the way my hair looks and feels. I have fine hair, but I have a lot of it. This dryer makes my hair feel like it has much more body. I never thought that was possible with just changing hair dryers but now I am convinced!

I purchased this blow dryer for my 2 year olds hair because she is sensitive to sound. This was rated one of the quietest driers as it should be with the price tag. I have only used it on her hair and it no longer produces hot air less than 3 months from my 2/27 purchase. I am 37 and in my life have not had a hair dryer break so I am rather surprised this happened. I woudl not recommend this product based on it dying so quickly.

Yes this is a great blowdryer. Light, little quieter, helps with drying hair all day. It's powerful. I love mine. I'd buy it again. For a person looking to use it at home, if you want to spend the money it's a nice blowdryer but it's costly dryer for home use.

The media could not be loaded. I loved this dryer so much when I first bought it. As a professional I need reliable tools and I need them to last. It was a pretty hefty investment! I hyped it up to clients and just a few months after purchasing it, it would no longer turn on right away. It started acting like a computer that wouldn’t boot up. Then the concentrator finish started cracking and discoloring, making it appear as though it was burning. I’m very clean and I keep the filters clear. Dealing with Bio Ionic customer service has not been easy. So many hoops to jump through. That tells me they don’t believe in their product and don’t care about their customers. They want me to sent it in so they can inspect it for a voided warranty. Good job. Now you want me to go buy and use a competitor’s dryer while I send mine in for examining? I just dealt with GE on one of their products and all they wanted was photos and a video verifying the issue. They are sending a new product to me at their cost and I just print a return label and send the one back to be replaced.I don’t want to have to go and buy a new dryer but I can no longer continue using this one. It didn’t even last 9 months. Bummed.

Hair dryer will not blow heat and it is not allowing me to return. I purchased it January 18 on AMAZON. Do NOT buy.

After 6 months, it started to take 10-15 seconds for it to work after turning it on. A year after purchasing, it stopped working all together. Why is it the $20 blow dryers work for decades and something this expensive doesn’t make it to its 2nd birthday?I’m upset because not only is it money wasted, it really was an amazing dyer when it did work. It’s quieter, left my hair very smooth, works in half the time as my previous dryer which was pretty quick — that dryer is still working after 10 years, btw, I gave it to my daughter so that’s why I purchased this one.Very disappointing to see the seller doesn’t respond to these reviews.Buyer beware!!!!

This dryer works great, until it breaks! I bought mine in October. The heat went out in December. I had registered it and kept the box, so Bio Ionic honored the warranty and are sending me a new dryer. Unfortunately, the dryer I bought was white and the replacement is black

Two months later I can no longer get a refund because the heating element quit working. When you pay this much money for a hair dryer, you expect it to last. Extremely unsatisfied. Do not buy!!!!
