Is this one that has replacement blades?

No it doesn’t have replacement blades. It has multiple shaver heads you just oil them occasionally. I really like it.

Waterproof? The 7440 says it waterproof whereas this model doesnt say anything about it. So is this waterproof? Water resistant?

Water proof! Never had an issue in the shower

What is Metal T-blade and Metal U-blade used for?

I don't know what those are. But the instruction booklet explains them.

What is the height of the trimmer while on the charger?

About 7 inches with the basic trimmer head. But if you have one of the comb attachments, it will add some more height, depending how high you have it dialed in.
