Perfect flour
High quality flour! Perfect for my breads, cookies and tortillas!! The reusable white slip broken off. I believe it was due to Amazon’s shipping and handling but the flour is PERFECT!! I will order again!

High quality Spelt flour
Well milled Spelt like this flour provides great baking results.This is a high protein flour by nature, less refined and the easily digested.In fact I would say energizing.Will purchase again.I only use WHITE Spelt .

Smoothness and flavor.
I liked the smoothness and flavor. But, one of the packages was slightly open with flour all over the box. Don't know why that occurred.

Very pleased
The package says organic and non-gmo, but I was concerned about the use of glyphosate in the harvest process so I emailed their customer service. I got a very fast response assuring me that their harvest and production does not use glyphosate in any way. I've made pies, bread, biscuits, gravy, breading, chile rellenos and more with perfect performance. I keep the unopened bags in the freezer for freshness.
