Took these for 2 months post partum. They taste good and are easy to chew. Feel they helped contribute to me feeling healthy after giving birth.

I took a full 30 days supply before leaving a review as I wanted to see the effects and I’m pleased to report that starting these 3 months postpartum my hair fall out has reduced and I feel less tired. The taste initially is of berry flavour and after taste is a little bit irony so I just drink water after eating them. I also will add that I was skeptical because the pregnacare vitamins didn’t do anything for me I don’t know why, maybe because the gummy version is just more suited to me. Everybody is different and yes your body will return to normal eventually but giving it that helping hand will be better so it’s worth the money.

Horrible taste, putting me off eating these

I’ve removed a star because the taste is awful! Starts with a nice fruit flavour but then there is a nasty fishy oil after taste which makes taking these each day a chore. I haven’t seen any health benefits taking these I’m now 6 weeks Post partum but will continue to do so just incase.

Extremely happy with these postpartum vitamins. They taste Devine! They have a good source of vitamin content that your body needs after having a baby. I have felt effectiveness with my energy levels and my skin and hair feels Amazing. Well worth the money. 8 months in and still taking these vitamins!

2 weeks after birth I noticed my super strong nails started snapping and breaking. Looked around for some vitamins to continue taking as breastfeeding and found these. I prefer these to tablets as I can take them fast without a drink. I will say they have a funny smell in the bottle which can be off putting but they are not the worst tasting gummies. They are tolerable and go down fast. Now 6 weeks pp, with a few days gummies left and have to say they have definitely helped my nails as they are now stronger and not snapping or brittle anymore. My hair is also growing fast which I think could be the gummies helping. Would definitely recommend these and about to buy a 2nd bottle.

Good product and helpful vitamins following postpartum.

I'm not sure if I got a dodgy batch or something but these smell and taste horrific. Like metallic and fishy. Awful. So bad that I barely take them, I'm 4 months pp now and have an almost full bottle still.
