No, it's 3 packs of 2. Only problem I have with them is it seems like they last for a week and they're empty.

Q: Do these work with the Glade dual warmer - I have a plug in that has a fan and takes 2 refills. Wondering if all glade refills are the same size?

Hi Tanya....I am not completely sure if they would work with the dual warmer. I have only used them with the single warmer.

No. No warmers. This is meant to be a way to get a group of refills at one time

Q: We get a pack of 3 and each pack contains 2 refills so we get a total of 6 plugin refills?

the last time i checked, 2x3=6. yes, they come 2 per package.
