Works great
All this did was make me want more lol. Now im looking at 5 bay hard drive docks hopwfully with a type c connection but havent found one im confident will work like this. This is definitely one of my most used purchases now. Only thing I would say is make sure its well ventilated or possibly set up a small fan, when I have 2 3.5" hdd's in the front one gets hot, but 1 2.5 and 1 3.5 and theres no issue.

Finally a clone method that works perfectly
I have done hard drive cloning before but it was always a tremendous PITA. Maybe it's me? If you are in need of transfering your system especially if going from an old hard drive (spinning disk) to a SS drive, this is the tool you need. No BS, it works the first time. No having to buy someone else's software that they advertise as free. Took about 2 hrs for a 1TB drive. 100% satisfied. Afterwards, you can use it as an external drive setup if you want. Easily the best little item like this I've purchased in years!

Great for cloning
Used to come a failing drive. Worked excellent. Took a while, but that's was the drive size and amount of date. Saved my butt

2 station external drive
Working great. Used the disk copy feature right away with success. Running 2 extra drives with a minipc and proxmox.

Watch out - this may corrupt your drives as it did mine
It worked at first and I was able to check out 3 hard drives and reformatted one of them. After a few days when I wanted to write to 2 of those drives (I gave the 3rd one away) it stopped allowing me to read and write to them. Windows says it needs disk repair but it also thinks it got unformatted to RAW and it also won't let me format them.

I had two WD MyBook External drives with broken enclosure SATA adapter but the hard disks were okay. I decided to buy this and use them like that. The installation was so easy. The weight of the HDDs are enough to put them in. You don't need to push hard. Make sure the power button behind the deck is off when you connect everything. No drivers needed. The speed was decent over 200MB/s in windows 11 on my Minisforum Intel Iltra 125H with 64GB memory and 2TB NVME ssd. I did not use the clone function yet.
