Primcare KB-Ro74 Trauma Bag
I am extremely satisfied with this bag. When I received the bag I though it might be to small for all the things I wnat to add to a trauma kit. The side flaps comes in handy since I do have a lot of stuff in this bag. I was going to give a lower rating but after I was able to put all the item in the bag I will get it a (5). I would recommend this bag for anyone looking for a medimum size trauma bag. In time I will purchase another one so I can put together another kit. I do have this bag stuff and the flaps helps keeping my supplies in the bag. Below is a list of what I have in the bags. I did use zip lock bags for packing the many item in this bag. Versatile bag well made for the price
Nice bag, sturdy with pockets and dividers. Not quite professional grade, but then a lot less expensive than that. The reflector tape is a must have when working outside in the dark or bad weather. Size is such that you will probably want two if you actually intend to use them while doing volunteer search and rescue or firefighter support. One red, one purple (Wounds in red, and everything else in purple worked for me). Only complaint is that the top doesn't zip - which makes for easy access in a situation, but stuff could fall out of bag if you take tumble.

Great Empty Medical Supply Bag for any Vehicle
I built a trauma kit to have in my car and I use this bag to store it all in. I wish this bag was just a little bit bigger, but that is a choice I made when making the purchase. It had 3 exterior pouches and one large main pouch that can be divided into 4 sections if you utilize the divider that comes with the bag. I chose the red color to signify it was a medical bag. It is of high quality and the right thickness to easily and conveniently carry around your medical equipment with you with ease. I couldn’t be happier with how inexpensive this was and how much I got from it in return.

Quite the value. More than meets the eye. A steal at $16.98, not bad at $24.99
I'm going to echo what a lot of other people say here: At first this bag didn't * LOOK * like it could hold that much, but it's turned out to be just the right size. It comes collapsed in a clear plastic bag. Once you open it and, start filling it and make use of the side pockets, it sort of blossoms and you go "Right On!". PROS: I can fit the following into this with some room to spare: > Stethocope in zipper case. > Sphygmometer (battery powered , wrist type blood pressure cuff device - in it's plastic clamshell storage case). > Pulse Oximeter > Digital thermometer (forehead/ear type). > Hot/cold compress bladder pack. > About 14 trial or mini-size (2.5 inch high) of: Asprin, Ibuprofen, Band Aids, Triple Antibiotic, Eye Drops, Gas relief pills, Cough/Cold syrup, Pepto Bismol, Athlete's food cream, anti-itch medicine, and on and on. > I still have room for some gauze rolls /pads, isopropyl alcohol, scissors, Anbesol which I will purchase later. > The carry strap is resizable. The quality of the material and the straps is more than adequate for my purposes. Not flimsy. The strap comes sized in a shorter "handle" mode but you could easily reel it out so it could be a shoulder strap. The zippers on the side pouches are of decent quality. CONS: The bag comes with this adjustable padded divider setup. A grid that has sewn in velcro strips in various places. I found that this darn partition itself - while a nice idea - was a space hog. I never used them. They are well enough made that I saved them for some other future purpose but not this medical bag. Speaking of velcro, there is high quality velcro on the outer front part of the bag and also under the overall flat, but it's placed in a place that I found kind of useless. Fortunately the bag cover can be secured with two hefty straps that have substantial black plastic click /snap connectors that lock up solidly. _______________________________________________ IN CLOSING: Quite the value. More than meets the eye. A steal at $16.98, not bad at $24.99. I made 4 complete kits using this as the base/holder and the stuff mentioned above. I'm probably into each kit about $110 total including bag. Not bad for a basic Health "bug out" bag.

Nice size trama/go/IFAK bag for vehicle. Not too big, not too small. Just right.
Had previously purchased a bag that was too large to keep in my vehicle. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B008BTYWFG Also put together a small kit to keep in my wife's car, since she didn't want a large bag, so I went with a small bag. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0080Y21BY Both of the previous bags were either too big to keep in my vehicle or too small to hold everything I wanted to keep handy. With this "goldilocks" bag I am able to keep a large assortment of bandages and supplies easily accessible without taking up too much space. Even with the long list of supplies below, I still have a little bit of room for some more supplies. I like that the top cover has a velcro attachment as well as buckles. I normally keep the bag in the back of my car with the buckles undone for quick access to supplies. The shoulder strap is on the short side, but I do not see that as a disadvantage. Fully extending the strap, the bag sits just above my waist (I'm about 6 feet tall). I usually leave the strap about half way down and it sits just below my elbow. Either length allows you to keep the the bag easily under control while moving. At the half way position the bag is also easy to pickup and carry by the strap. This bag
Bought this bag because I'm an EMT aspiring to be a Medic and wanted something of my own to hold all my first aid/medical supplies for my car. The price of this bag couldn't be better but the bag is not as big as they make it seem in the pictures of it. If I had to compare this bag to an item to give you an idea of the size I'd say this bag is about the size of an adult lunch box lol I can fit my bp cuff, stethoscope gloves and quite a bit of other supplies in it though. I guess deciding whether or not you want to buy this bag depends on what you're using it for. It shipped fast and does look just like picture shown just smaller size. It's a good starter bag for someone who either like me wants a little first aid bag or a student that needs to tote their own medical training supplies. Not a bad buy, it holds up nicely. I like it. Just wasn't as big as I expected. Great price!

Leaves some to be desired, but a great size bag for the value
For $22, this bag is a pretty solid purchase compared to other bags of similar size. That being said, this bag is not the best built and not the most secure. I have this as an emergency bag in a car, but if frequent use was in mind, I would point you else where as this bag looks like it would not survive a few tosses of a few feet or more (If you are spending only $22 on a medical bag though you are probably not going to be using it daily though so should not be a problem). There is an obvious lack of compartmentalization inside (even a single pouch or some internal straps would have been nice) compared to other bags at the same price point, but where this bag excels is the size and space you get at the cost. The compartments themselves are of the perfect size for what I needed (Divided up the compartments, one for each of M.A.R.C.H. plus 1 for general first aid stuff and orthopedic injuries) Construction aside, if this bag had zippers to more properly retain equipment it would be much better. Adding some internal zipper pouch or some way to retain stuff on the inside would be a nice bonus as well. They do disclaim all these limitations on retention in the description, so based on what they describe you get, they are delivering. The only down side is my concern of stuff spilling out of the top. Even Velcro'd and cinched down, the retention is a bit suspect.
