This works so well for helping me sleep well when I have a cold. The antihistamine causes drowsiness and I notice that’s the main benefit. I look forward to taking this when I have a cold. It tastes pleasant, not something I would drink for fun but it isn’t bad.

The taste of the alka seltzer made me forget it was medication. It eased my head and congestion pay in minutes. Also the cost was low compared to to others.

Don't like the taste, but love the result. This really removes all the symptoms of a cold for both my husband and me. The daytime has a little caffeine to keep you going and the nighttime has a sleep aid. It seems to us that the cold does not last as long.

This is my “go to” cold medication. Clears sinus congestion and relieves aches and pains. One of the few effective products to contain aspirin instead of acetaminophen.

If you're feeling run down and need some sleep, take 1 tablet with plenty of water and enjoy a GOOD 6 - 8 hour rest. If you really need to sleep and you're super sick, take 2 tablets while laying in bed and prepare to sleep for 8 - 12 hours. Plop-Fiz for 6-8 hours / plop plop - fiz fiz to sleep for extended periods. I do not wake up feeling groggy, the taste is really good and much better than the original flavor. I get instant relief within 15 - 20 minutes and I'm out cold. This is way more effective than other nighttime cold meds, super easy to use and it's worth every penny!
