Can you stand on this? I like to buy boxes k can stand on to hope on bed of the truck.

These boxes are not designed to be stood on. If you placed your feet on the outer edges of the boxes, they can handle more weight, but they should not be used frequently as a step.

Do these come in a taller size? I like the length and width, but need something about 12" tall for a kayak dry box. Prefer not to stack two boxes.
