We had looked at dual-fuel ranges last year, but didn't make our decisions for various reasons. I'm glad we waited, because when we were recently forced to buy a new burner due to gas leaking problem and the gas pipes will cost me a lot to fix, we found this one. It works very well, and has a really good design. Not only that, this electric burner is also very easy to clean. I was trying to grill fish, i carelessly didn’t dry up the fish well. So as I dropped the fish onto the pan, lots oil was popping out, and everywhere was greasy and messy. I attached a picture of the burner after my cleaning. It is so easy to clean up as I used couple wipes and paper towel. The burner heating is pretty even and I love it when my water boils quickly, it makes lots cooking process much faster. I do NOT like that the burner has no heat protections, you need to use this burner very carefully. Overall, though, we really love this electric burner. There aren't too many dual fuel ranges, and this one looks and performs nicely!

Good hot plate. My family and I are currently without a functioning kitchen, so this (along with microwave and air fryer) is all we have. This has been a lifesaver, especially for morning eggs. Is it as good as a stove, no. But once it heats up (typically 5 minutes) it does a great job. Only issue is the knobs are very easy to accidentally turn, so there has been instances when my kid was playing, turned the knob, and next thing I know I smell burning due to a piece of plastic close by. So just be careful!

Cooking made easy! Well made! Temperature/heat up is amazing! This is an add on to our kitchen gadget, been a while that have look for a good options, tried at least 3 brand/model, finally settled with this! Cooking is similar with a normal stove, where all of the available portable stove is kind of similar with the base plate size, this have a dual (2) glass plate look/made, it is a 7” in diameter.. On a standpoint of using a big casserole or even a wok, may required some hand support through handle of your kitchenware if you are going to do some mixing since the plate is just nice to have it sit, on the other-hand this particular model is by far the best and sturdy, advantage is good grip and balance rubber feet, and also the width have an advantage of being a little wide (L 19 3/4”; W 13”). Temp controller is smooth to control and heat up as desired/quick.. Cleaning is also very easy to maintain. The picture uploaded showing after even multiple times of used. Yes, I normally put back the plastic on the plate for add on protection since used is occasional (Personal as making sure it is COOLED before doing so), after cleaning with a little moist dump cloth or paper towel, dry it up and let it sit for more air dry.. Overall, would highly recommend and we are very happy with this!

Currently I've got a 220 line that is shorting so an oven/stove combo doesn't function. Needed something to stand in temporarily. When doing research on a little stovetop like this, often I found everyone raving about Cuisinart. Well...yeah it reviews well but when you really get into customer reviews you find that the burners are in a setup where the 2nd burner can't do much more than keep stuff warm. So you are paying for a two burner setup with a gimped burner because? In comes Cusimax. These get good customer reviews for a reason. They solve this problem and provide a good quality burner for the money. Power level is balanced 50/50 between each burner and is more than enough to cook with. I got the model with the metal case since it has a larger surface area and seemed more stable. Cusimax is one of the few I found which makes one like this. Most go for more portability. So another plus if portability is not what you desperately need. So what it isn't? It isn't induction. You won't be seeing things get super hot real fast. Time to get water up to a boil seemed on par with the stovetop I was using before. No complaints. Overall, it's helping out a lot in a pinch. Only thing of note I've noticed is the left burner seems to stay on longer than the right. The right tends to trip it's overheat protection and switch off for a moment. It isn't long and I'm not sure if it happens when not at max heat. Gotta test more but, so far, satisfied.

Ordered this item twice. The first came damaged. Amazon replaced it. When I got the second one, it worked but contrary to advertising, it did NOT SUT OFF. In the ad, It claims to have an automatic safety shutoff. What it actually does if continue to turn on and off to maintain the set temperature. That is NOT off! This is misleading wording. Additionally, if left on, the entire unit gets too hot touch... the knobs, the casing, even the cord got too hot to touch. Our counter top got extremely hot and I moved it away before it got damaged. I put it outside in (45 degrees), and it took 20 minutes before it could be handled without oven mitt. This unit is dangerous.

It blows my mind how this manufacturer can go above and beyond in warning customers that this until will smoke the first time it’s turned on, explaining this is 100% normal and to be expected, yet people still freaked out and deemed theirs defective and “dangerous” when it smoked the first time it was used. You’re instructed to run it for 10-15 minutes to let it burn off and clear the smoke. From there, you are good to go. Despite the ample warning about the initial smoking, countless people failed to heed the numerous warnings and decided to give this a one star rating for smoking when they turned it on. Ridiculous! Please ignore the low ratings. I followed the instructions and let the smoke clear the first time it was turned on. It works perfectly, and the burner is a larger size than most. If you are in need of a single burner, I highly recommend this one.

It has a beautifull design , it comes in 2 different size of the hot plate , boiled water just in a few minetes , we love it

Compré seis parrillas y a todas les falló un quemador al par de meses de haberlas instalado y a todas les falló el mismo lado. No la compren.

It works as expected, the chord needs to be longer though. Also the knobs are not heat proof, they feel kinda hot but won’t burn your fingers.

Forget cooking pasta or searing a steak on this. At most, you will be able to make rice, cook eggs and simmer a stew.
