One of my best purchases ever!
After spending what felt like a lifetime trying to choose a suitably priced machine that met all of my requirements in function, visual appeal, ease of cleaning, ease of use, and quality, I finally settled on this little gem. (Shout out to user pauslon1 who convinced me to treat myself to this one when helpfully answering my question about cup size) I've since made myself and family a variety of different drinks and everyone really enjoyed the taste of a proper bean to cup coffee. I spent a bit of time researching what coffee beans would be most suitable for our drink preferences (we are milky latte/cappuccino people) and settled on some nice creamy medium roast beans. I also bought the Monin caramel syrup which was a great tasting addition to my latte. It took a bit of experimenting to figure out the best method for getting a full standard mug (pressing the function once gives you about half a mug worth of drink) whether we should just press the button twice or whether to customise our coffee to milk ratios. But with the help of the handy guide sheet as well as the more indepth manual instructions it was quite easy to play around with and figure out. I bought a short 380ml travel mug and it just about fits underneath the coffee dispenser and the milk spout without room to spare so that's definitely the absolute max size cup you could have, but it's worth knowing that it's possible to get at least some kind of travel mug under there even if only a smaller one. Cleaning it all out is easy enough (make sure you removing the packaging from inside the machine too as I forgot to do this at first and it made a bit of a mess). It's a little noisy but honestly I've used many louder machines in the past, they all are noisy to some degree, this one is quite tolerable. I wanted a machine with a good variety of drink options to make and other than more expensive machines like Philips or Siemens this one had the best screen/drink options for the price. I'm sure I've missed out many of its positive qualities, but overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase and look forward to many years of good coffee!

Poor build quality, failed after 3mths use
A review of 2 halves. Purchased 8th July 2025. Easy setup, operation, cleaning, descaling etc. Made really nice flavour coffees for every pallette. Loved the fact you could use pre ground coffee too. Best feature was the programmable individual brews by pressing and holding the used function and leting go when sufficient water/milk for your taste. Only niggle in day to day use was you couldn't use an espresso grind in the pre-ground option. It's just too fine and caused it to block. (Same with decaf, it blocked the filter) Then today (10th Nov 2025) after only 3months of use (because for 4 weeks we were out of the country) the integrated milk hopper refused to register. After much wiggling, a descale, full clean and a damn good swearing session it still didn't function. Cue Beko (lack of) customer service. Pushed from pillar to post, cut off; called again, cut off; 3rd time a charm? Nope, cut off again so gave up. Started a chat with Amazon, who went thru process of have I cleaned it etc etc, then wanted to put me in touch with Beko again. After explaining again that they have already failed to help on 3 occasions by cutting me off and ultimately my contract is with Amazon as the retailer, and the machine is not fit for purpose; they then offered a return and refund. Good on Amazon for resolving and cracking customer service Shame on Beko for shocking customer service and piss poor product quality. This is a £400ish bit of kit that should have given years of service. Unfortunately it had worse build quality than Fisher Price toys Based on the customer service from Beko, I shall now avoid their products, because I can't rely on them to deliver the goods when things go wrong!

Good Value Coffee Machine. Makes good coffee but has a 2 small problems
We were looking for a bean to cup machine and as usual for us research thoroughly and read or watched dozens of reviews. We wanted something fairly compact and semi or fully automatic. We opted for this Beko based upon reviews, specs, size and price as it had a good offer when we purchased. The machine is easy to use, it self cleans when you turn it on and off, holds 250g of beans in the hopper and there is a bypass if you want to use pre-ground coffee. It has am adjustable grind to suit your preferences and a wand for your frothy milk. There are a few pre-set auto coffees at the press of a button andbyou can adjust the strength again by simply pressing a button. You can also teach it to make your coffee as short or long as you like and save your preference. The coffees are really good quality, the only minor niggle is the sames as most other machines in that it is not hot enough for many people so we pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds. There are 2 annoying issues with this machine. Firstly we live in a very soft water area but there are no options in the machine to input this nor ifbyou use a filter which means that we have to descale much more regularly than we need to as the machine just uses number of coffees made before needing to descale rather than adjusting for the fact we have very soft water. The second thing is the water level sensor. It is very annoying and of poor design. After just a few weeks every time you will the water tank the machine won't work as the sensor tells the machine there is no water. It is a simple float tyolpe sensor and it sticks. You have to get your hand or preferably a clean utensil into the tank and pull up the sensor to get the machine to work. Although these 2 things are annoying we are still very happy with this Beko coffee machine.

Really disappointed. The coffee is cold. I have to warm the water and warm the milk before making coffee so its warm enough to drink. Which completely defeats the purpose. Makes nice coffee. Pity it comes out cold. I wouldn't recommend it.
