A similar product was suggested by my functional med physician after having bloodwork done. However, the price was outrageous. So, I looked on Amazon like I do with everything, and found this product at a great price. The dosage for a full pump is higher than what was recommended for me, so I only use about 1/4 - 1/3 of a pump. The next time I had bloodwork done, my levels were in a good range and my perimenopause symptoms have greatly reduced. Nobody enjoys hot flashes and waking up during the night because it feels like their body is burning up from the inside out! I stopped using it for a while and the hot flashes resumed in a few weeks. Big mistake. I am now back to using it again and it is helping tremendously.Note: If you are handling children, PLEASE make sure they are not exposed to this, even if you think it has absorbed fully. I make sure to put this where it will never have contact with my grandbaby. This can have health/hormone implications for children.

I like this product. I am on my second bottle. I use once a day in the morning after my shower. The lavender scent is soft and cream is smooth, just one pump will do it

One pump every night makes my night sweats vanish. Finally I can sleep like a human again.

I took off a couple of stars because it doesn’t last a full 30 days as stated. I have recently used a comparably priced brand that also helps with menopausal symptoms (hot flashes) but lasts twice as long.

Been using a few weeks just to see what happens. Other reviews mentioned it doesn’t last as long and each pump is definitely more than you need. Smells good & non-greasy feel. Will report back!
