I realize the before and after, aside from the pink foam in between shot may not look all that different. Nevertheless, the stains picture went from immovable with not even a toilet brush (ha!), Comet (useless), baking soda (fail), god knows what other products and a ridiculous amount of elbow grease with my arms half submerged in a toilet bowl and (yuck) splashing water, and time spent with cleaner sitting in the bowl waiting. Worked well enough on one toilet which was much more gruesome of a task to face (sadly for the interested consumer, no photos of that transformation) in the house that I ordered more for the other. This product doesn’t work miracles effortlessly, for my toilets at least, as some follow-up scrubbing (with a standard toilet brush, the work did not require breaking out my pumice stone) is required. I am hopeful putting this product into my regular cleaning rotation for now will equate to less effort in the maintenance of my toilets.Importantly, after a semi-successful clean with one packet following the instruction, I let the second packet sit in the other toilet over night. Highly recommend letting the product do whatever it does for longer than the directions state. No visible damage to the bowl (what can I say, I live dangerously) following the longer application.

The Pink Stuff foaming toilet cleaner is surprisingly satisfying to use! Once you pour it in, the pink foam activates quickly and covers the entire bowl, making it feel like the cleaner is working hard on every surface. After letting it sit and giving a light scrub, the toilet looked fresh and noticeably brighter.I wouldn’t say it replaces regular deep scrubbing, but it definitely makes the job easier and leaves the bowl looking cleaner with less effort. Plus, the foaming action feels a lot more fun than using standard liquid cleaners.

This toilet cleaner works great. I put an envelope into each toilet and presto, it starts expanding and afterwards, the toilets were clean. Works great. Too bad there are only 2 envelopes, thus only two cleanings you can do. It would be better and more cost effective if they actually supplied more than two cleanings.

I don't normally write review unless I'm extremely disappointed or absolutely amazed. Well, I'm absolutely amazed with this product. My daughter leaves her toilet seat up when she uses excessive hair spray in her small bathroom. Every germ and visible gunk sticks to the bowl like crazy glue. I normally spend close to an hour and use an enormous amount of cleaning products to get her toilet clean. I tried this Pink Stuff, and within seconds it was foaming and dissolving the gunk. After a little brushing, the toilet was sparkling within a minute. The hairspray coating was dissolved like magic. While it may seem a little pricey for everyday cleaning as there are only 2 applications per box, it is a lifesaver on hard to clean or neglected toilets.

This cleaner did an okay job on a toilet that I tested it on, but it was certainly nothing fantastic. A tenant of mine moved out of a rental unit and the toilet was a sight. I followed the instructions explicitly, pouring the powder into the toilet bowl. As promised, the pink stuff foamed up and filled the bowl. I left it alone for about 15 minutes. The instructions said 10, but I was giving it every opportunity. I brushed the bowl thoroughly and flushed. Although the bowl looked a bit cleaner, the worst of the stains were still visible. I followed up with some good old Comet cleanser and brought it back to its old shine. This stuff, all by itself, did not do the job. Maybe on your family's toilet that's cleaned regularly you could get away with using this as a maintenance cleaner, but it didn't work any magic on my test toilet.

This really works .Too pricey though

I live in an area with very hard water & am renting a place where the toilet had a huge ring of mold in the bowl when I moved in. While I can keep the mold growth to a minimum, I've never been able to get rid of it completely. So my toilet problem points are a ring of mold around the top of the bowl & a ring of lyme buildup at the resting water level in the bowl - sometimes with a bit of discoloration as well.This contains 2 packages of powder-1 pkg per use. I needed scissors to open the pkg/pouch. Flushed, let the water come to a rest & poured the pkg in. It does foam up quite a bit, but did not come to the top of the bowl which is where the mold line is.The scent would be pleasant to me if it weren't so dang overpowering. It is WAY too strong-to the point I had to put on a mask in the hopes of not choking on the overwhelming smell.I waited the specified 10 min before scrubbing, flushed, &...it looked no different than if I'd used my regular toilet bowl cleaner ( which costs $3-$4 & lasts about a season/3 months compared to the 2 cleanings total for this).This just does not deliver the promised results. It's more expensive than my regular (brand name, popular) toilet bowl cleaner, provides considerably fewer cleanings, & does the same job as said normal cleaner, so it's just common sense to stick with the more cost effective option.Learn from my experience & save your money. Just keep buying your regular product, or use this $5 or so bucks to invest in some long rubber gloves & a pumice stone (& maybe some CLR) which actually works to remove all that lyme, mold, calcium, & rust when you combine it with some good old fashioned elbow grease.
