Great value
Excellent quality. Excellent workout with smooth action at both moderate and high intensity. The seat is low to the floor so if a person has difficulty lowering to the floor and then rising, it could be challenging to use. It was assembled for me by a competent handyman and took an hour and a half. I wouldn't try it myself. I am very happy with the purchase.

The best decision I made this year
I love love love this rowing machine. I use it multiple times a week. I also own an elliptical and a total gym. I wanted a rowing machine so I could work more muscles simultaneously. For gym rats, this machine may not have hard enough settings. But for a 69-year-old woman, the eight levels of difficulty are plenty. It was easy to put together. I only wish I would have bought one of these years ago.

Not enough resistance
For a beginner, this is great, but I don’t think it will take long for the need of more resistance Easy to assemble, machine works well and the option to collapse for more space is a plus.

At max setting resistance is minimal and easy for me at 65 to row with one arm
Updating my initial review after receiving a reply from Steven with Sunny Health’s technical support team. Was informed the $400 rower was made for endurance not strength so the resistance is not great. As stated in my initial review and before his reply I am 65 and with minimal effort at the max setting of 8 row with one hand. His initial response suggested purchasing a hydraulic resistance model or upcoming magnetic models should work better. He also stated I can try contacting Amazon to see what their return policy is. This wasn’t Amazon’s issue. Not like I can put a rower almost 7 feet long in my car to return it. I have 2 other exercise items from Sunny and was very happy but will not purchase from them in the future.

A good rower for excersise
I like the porformace of this rowing machine so far!! I also like the fact it did'nt take me hours to put it together too the noise level, value for money and build quality is good as well!!

nice lightweight unit
5ft 6 and the track is long enough. i'd like a bit more extension for my arms over my feet, but that's not picking. comfortable towing on tension 4 for 30 minutes for a casual workout. nice home unit when i can't get to the gym for the heavy duty machine
