This strawberry lemonade is great. I drink it often. My water intake has increased dramatically since I started adding this packets. It's great because it doesn't have artificial sweeteners or many calories.

I use this for my workout and when going out running errands to stay hydrated. The citrus is great for kidney health which I worry about. There is no caffeine and is a healthier choice for a beverage. I am used to stevia as I use it in my coffee, but I have read were others notice a bitterness from it. I do not detect any bitter flavor from these.The only thing that I find a little bit annoying is how slow it dissolves and that it is such a very fine powder that when I put it in my container, it sends up a plume. I found that if I put a small amount of hot water, it the bottom first it helps with that a bit as well as dissolving it quicker. Either way it does take a bit of stirring.

mehh not really a fan I really like the lime flavor though. I add that one to Dr Berg's electrolyte powder. this one's just not doing it for me.
