Ive been taking daily for one month. Ive noticed nothing. When i was drinking , Mudwatr & Ryze i noticed within 3 days. Maybe theres crap in the coffee, but i felt much better drinking Mudwater & Ryze

Works with no know side effects.
It helps with my gMG , it is a shame Dr's do not prescribe it or insurance will not pay for it .
