As a vegetarian and then vegan, I have found this supplement to be important to my diet, especially at my age, and the fact that I try and workout and do yoga. I think this can be a great product for anyone, but in my opinion it is especially good for people that may have a tighter diet, such as vegan or vegetarian. It is also helpful to get these vitamins and minerals, when you may be planning on fasting, or have just completed fasting. As well as if you are cutting meals, just to try and lose weight.

Within one week of taking NOW, after having passed out unconscious, a month prior, I went from feeling constantly sleepy, fogged-brained, and always feeling dizzy and unbalanced to feeling full of energy, awakening energized, and accomplishing paperwork that has cluttered my office for two years. Taste was not what I expected doesnt mix well with other fluids also you go to the bathroom ALOT!!!
