Coffee Bean Roaster 14.5L Coffee Bean Baker Peanut Roaster Gas Burner Drum Type Stainless Steel for Home and Commercial Use

I used it to roast shredded pork Vietnamese food. But anything you can imagine like coffee beans or peanut will work. Save a lot of time and labor.

I like the capacity so there’s a good start. It’s cheap so I don’t expect miracles but I do have standards. There is no switch; just plug in or unplug. No adjustment on motor speed, unfortunately. The drum is perfectly flat, so when roasting coffee the beans fall from the top of the rotating drum and out of the drum onto the counter or stove through the hole on the end. Lost 3 ounces of roasted beans during a four pound roast - unacceptable. There is also a terrible grinding noise from the gears because the weight is unbalanced so I have to use a zip tie to keep it from stripping itself. Frankly this is a piece of garbage but I’ll adapt because I like the capacity. It really is not quality in any way so I regret the purchase but oh well.

Packaging seller tried to do the best double wrapping but still carton came broken and assembly parts were missing inside the box. safety: probably is the most important issue the adapter don't have any control switch to disconnect is true the connector that really is not the best. making this dangerous to operate. Engineering nice presentation but the support mechanism is poor for not to say mediocre the shaft do not seat in the bearings leaving the weight seating in the gear and of course placing all weight in the little motor. this maybe do not left the motor last too much. Shaf is not aligned making the pieces being roasting coming out the tank and making a mess in the fire creating flaming and unsafety issue to operate. No instructions how to operate as an estimate or time schedule to roast really the price paid is not the marvelous offered. I think this equipment must be revised due few safety issues are involved.

Absolutely horrible quality. After only using it one time the bearing all melted after I replaced all the bearings on the second use the gears inside the motor failed. Unfortunately I have to give one star. They won’t let you pick 0 Buyer beware!!

We really tried to make this clever roaster work, but several problems developed with it along the way: 1. The glass window shattered during the middle of a roast, ruining the batch and dumping the contents out. 2. The two supporting arms holding the rotating drum developed a tendency to spread apart, causing the drum to jump off its gears and stop rotation. Two other batches were ruined this way. 3. Finally, the gear motor drive just stopped working, after about 12 roasts. Sheesh. 4. We sent back the product last week to Amazon for a refund or replacement, but so far crickets...
