Took the orange piece out as it was offending me! Larger plates only fit in when it is fully extended due to the offset rack design. Standing water is left on the top grooved area and needs regular wiping. A few design faults overall, but having said that it is a dish rack and it does drain a lot of dishes. Drain spout is multidirectional and extends so it can be used either side of a sink in either orientation. Price was good.

It has taken both of us a few days to get used to and to work out how we want to use this. We had 2 or 3 drainers recently that haven't been quite what we wanted and this is far closer to very good for us than any others have been. It is quite bulky and unless you can open it part way out at least might not be for you. Unfortunately our sink won't allow is to easily open it fully which is a pity though we are looking at ways to try and do something about that.Although it looks bulky it does seem very sturdy indeed. We have bought managed to get a fair amount of items safely balanced on this as can be seen. Personally I really like the fact that I can change the orange pegs around while I'm doing the washing up to suit what needs to go on there. I would have said that a few more pegs would be useful to me but there are probably just about enough. We both really like the drainage from it - the water drains off very easily into the sink. I do wonder how that drain will be to clean in a few months time though - it seems a little fiddly.This is not a budget option however we looked at a major brand one that was similar earlier this year and that was expensive so this doesn't look badly price. It is very flexible but possibly takes time for you to work out what's best for you. I doubt this would suit large families but it's great for me and my partner.
