Peanut butter taste without all the calories!!
The media could not be loaded. So good!! I use this in place of peanut butter in so many ways. I’ve shared a video of my favorite peanut butter oatmeal. I use it to make peanut butter topping for our protein ice cream too. Has a great peanut butter flavor and so much lower in calories that regular peanut butter. It has clean ingredients…just peanuts, sugar, and sea salt. 6 grams of protein is nice too! I’m sold…I love Tru Nut!

Excellent, Yummy, Guiltless!
This is a staple in my pantry. I eat it daily. Every morning I enjoy 2 tablespoons on 1/2 gluten free English muffin, and I never get tired of it. I, like most people, could do with a few less calories. Before I tried this, I saw the peanut powder around for months, but was sure it would be vile, so resisted buying it. Finally I nabbed it at Marshall’s on clearance, and OMG, this is amazing. Now, I don’t even like regular peanut butter anymore. When you compare the nutritional info, it’s unbelievable. Two tablespoons of regular peanut butter packs 200 calories, and a whopping 16 GMs of fat. Tru-Nut has 45 calories and 1.5 GM of fat per 2 tablespoons!!!! And it’s just delicious. I love peanut butter, and I’m so happy to have this product. Not feeling deprived of comfort food is essential for me to be successful at maintaining an eating plan. I would highly recommend this product and actually introduce all my friends to it.I mix up my 2 tablespoons at night in a covered container, so it’s all ready to go in the morning. For me, it tastes best when I get it real creamy, but just right before it becomes too watery. The ratios are not 1:1 powder and water, just add small amounts water stirring until you have it right. I also have sprinkled the powder on ice cream ( ok, so, not really dieting at that point, lol) and I think it would be awesome to bake with, but the price is prohibitive for me to use that much. I’m happy with my breakfast and occasional snack. The price here is good, especially with the Prime lightening deal😉

I make a custom mixture but always use this for 3/4. It's a tad sweet.
I use this in combination with others to make custom mixture..this one is a little sweet but not as sweet as some powders. I combine with one that has no sweeteners and it is perfect.

It's great! I shake it on my frozen bananas and honey. Yummy dessert substitute. Love it.No oil ❤️

Good alternative to your usual peanut butter
It took awhile to get used to the flavor, but now I like it just fine. Good for dieting. I mix this up single serving in a empty glass peanut butter jar with a spoon, and I spread it with same spoon. I get to pile it up on the bread where with regular pb that would be way too many calories. My stomach gets fuller and hunger goes away longer w/o the calories. You can mix up half a pound and refrigerate it.

Fairly good as powdered peanut butter
Fairly good as powdered peanut butter. Healthier than other options, but this has a noticeable impact on flavor.It has much less peanut-flavor compared to PBfit. This could be for a number of reasons:1) Tru-Nut has less overall nutrition per 2 Tbsp compared to PBfit - it is "more dilute" than PBfit,2) Tru-Nut has much less added salt per 2 Tbsp (1% DV versus 7%)3) Tru-Nut has less added sugar per 2 Tbsp (1g versus 2g)Obviously, less added salt and sugar is healthier, so Tru-Nut is a better option there. But taste-wise, you will definitely be missing out if you're used to other brands, e.g. PBfit.Overall, I will stick with PBfit despite it being marginally less healthy, as the flavor difference is large.
