Q: Why does the top of the pod keep coming un-glued? I am getting coffee grounds in my cup. Almost every one I use does this.

Too much pressure inside the cup can cause this. I keep a tiny sewing pin on a magnet attached to my coffee maker. I pierce each pod once in the top before putting in machine. Stopped any spewing of grounds.

Q: Does this product have artificial sweeteners?

No hidden sweeteners. It’s just plain black coffee

Q: To the gentleman who got satisfaction in january. I have purchased coffee since then and all the seals are still not holding. What do you recommend?

The box does not say sugar anywhere... 100% Arabica coffee natural and artificial flavoring.....they do have a web sight if that would help www.victorallen.com
