Smooth running thin and large bright screen

Got it on sale early for a Christmas present from Santa. I unwrapped it, charged it, turned it on, set it up and made sure it worked properly. I repackaged it for Christmas morning. My daughter used it for a week and the charger already stopped working, but because I bought it 3 months ago, I am past my return/product service return window. I knew I was taking a chance ordering early, but I definitely didn't expect it to break within a week of use. I will not be buying from this seller ever again. Lesson learned!

This is a nice laptop. It looks good and works well. It’s responsive and fast. I had some issues with the trackpad getting a little weird but just got a wireless mouse and haven’t had an issue since. I hate using the trackpad anyway so not an issue. The screen developed a tiny bright spot tho….not sure why. I’ve only been using this laptop for 2 months so that’s kind of a bummer. It’s not too noticeable but still sucks since it’s so new. For the price it’s still pretty decent. We’ll see how it holds up.

The media could not be loaded. I knew I needed a new laptop when I went to a friends house and saw how much faster his downloaded music or games than my old laptop. But I didn’t realize how huge of a difference a little more processing speed could make. I was hesitant to purchase this laptop since it isn’t a big brand name, but one of my old laptops was a dell and it broke after just a few months so I decided if I could get a cost savings it would be worth it to look to other brands, I’m extremely happy I made that decision since this computer has been such a huge change for me. It’s super fast, it has a ton of processing speed. I admittedly would prefer if it was at least a terabyte of memory but for the price I really couldn’t want more. The graphics are beautiful which is why I posted a quick video since you really don’t know what to expect until you’ve seen it in action. I think this computer will last me a few years without falling too far behind the newest brands so I’m very happy with this purchase.

This is a great laptop. I needed a new one for a while, but put off buying one as I really didn't use a laptop much anymore. I began working remotely and my old laptop was just too slow. This boots up fast, connects to the internet quickly, and does what I need it to do to work from home.

so far a fast computer that can Handle Windows 11you need 16GB for Windows 11 to work fast and this unit is fast unlike my 8GB Lenovo.I am no gamer so i cannot speak to that.very pleased so farremember get a PC with 16GB or you will regret it!

I use it for Photoshop and Illustrator and even play some games on it with low resolution of course runs very smoothly for the price.

Seemed a fine laptop - booted fast, lots of processing for weight and cost - but you always get what you pay for. In this case, it was a September to May romance … just up and died, likely a motherboard or total screen fail. Company not interested since it wasn’t bought from them directly but here on Amazon. If you do, make sure to also get optional coverage.
