I've had this thing for about 2 years now and use it every day. I can confidently say, it is awesome. Functional and attractive.

Knock box does its job for the most part. The only thing I've noticed so far is that when tapping on the rubber knock spot, depending on the angle you tap, it sometimes will knock it right out. It seems like it's not as snug as it should be, but it's on there enough to keep it in place most of the time, while not being a pain to remove and clean. Aside from that, the thing holds pucks just fine, along with my espresso tools (portafilter, stirrers, puck screen, etc,), and most of all its components can detach for easy dumping or cleaning.

This is all plastic but very solid. Aesthetics are not bad at all. Love the fact that I can release the knock box area and wash it separately.

Very sturdy. It’s large enough that it’s stable when taping out grinds but small enough to fit right into my cabinet above my espresso machine. Includes every option I needed to hold my accessories. I’m glad I went with plastic instead of a wood box because it can be easily washed off in the sink and not warp any wood. It looks amazing and has a good weight to it. I looks and functions like it should be priced much higher that it actually is.
