THIS KNIFE IS INCREDIBLE!!!
This knife is amazing. I feel like I got a CRAZY amount of knife for my money. The build quality blew me away. The locking mechanism is unique and super easy to use. The knife is razor sharp out of the box. Very sliced. Very ergonomic and grippy for someone like me that has very large hands. I love it and would recommend it to anyone. The second picture is a size comparison between it and my Vosteed Porcupine.

Efficient, Useful, Fun, and Economical
It is a fine blade for a very reasonable price. The blade is quite sharp, and it is angled well for use in the kitchen. I carry it comfortably in my pocket, and so it is my always-on-hand blade of choice. The opening technique brings back a bit of the fun of butterfly knives, and the locking mechanism is quite strong. The knife feels very stable in my grip. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

My new favorite Civivi!!
Going to start with the negatives because there are only 2 and they are very minor. The super lock will make your finger sore pretty quick. This is a very fidgety knife and the lock is stiff. While it may make your finger sore, it does give you confidence that the lock is strong. My only other complaint is the pocket clip is the standard skeletonized civivi clip and it being off center is sort of weird and makes the knife hang different in the pocket. This knife is awesome!! One of the smoothest action I have seen and a super cool lock!! The whole knife is solid. Built like a tank with a super slicey blade. While the knife was decently sharp, I reprofiled to 17degrees per side and finished with 4 micron emulsion. Nitro V takes a very nice edge and easy to work with. The overall size while on the larger side of my preferred edc size, it is proper for this blade and configuration. Feels very natural in the hand. I have been very impressed with Civivi and this knife is the best yet in my opinion. I was very excited when I first saw the Vision FG. Very glad I purchased one. This is alot of knife with a super cool lock at a very reasonable price. I really like the AD20.5, but at this price for a Vision, I would take the Civivi hands down.

Wonderfully unique
It’s as good as you’ve heard. Extremely smooth action. It came very sharp but I sharpened it even more and that worked out well. Note the detent is not very strong, so you can easily fling it open without touching the lock or thumb stud just by whipping your wrist. This isn’t an issue for me, just FYI. I chose the Black Ultem color as I felt it complements the design nicely. It is true that you’ll be able to see moisture under the handles, but if you are comfortable disassembling the knife, you can easily remove the scales and dry that off to make it pristine again. This knife is very simple to disassemble, the only thing to be careful of is the small spring in the lock. The spring is under tension, and it can fly out once the lock is outside of the handles. So, I just wrap it in a piece of masking tape to hold it in.

Absolutely love it 10/10 edc
Love this knife, my girlfriend got this for me for father's day, so I started using it as my everyday carry and fell in love with it. Im a knife guy and have several benchmade, protec, Joker, and spyderco knives. This knife replace the Osborne 940 for everyday carry. Has a good weight and for me the perfect blade length as well as width. The nitro v steel hold a great edge amd is easily resharpened. If you have ever sharpened s90v you know what im talking about its so much quicker and easier to hone a good working edge on nitro v. The bearing and deploy action is butter smooth and the super lock is soild. I have total faith in its ability to hold the blade safely and securely in place. There is absolutely zero blade wobble or play. It sits dead center and true when folded. Civivi has made a winner with this one. The g10 scales are grippy and i never feel like im going to lose control of the knife when using it even when wet the grip is superb. I give this knife a 10 out of 10 and hope they never discontinue it ever. Love this knife

Very Nice!
My knife was not perfect but I decided to keep it anyway because I didn't want to deal with doing the return. That is the reason I didn't give it five stars. It is beautiful since I got the Damascus and it has very good action and it is truly a one-hand knife. The scales have great texture and great grip. I do find the super lock to be very cool but it definitely causes a little bit of finger pain when using it. If I was using my knife 15 or more times per day this would definitely not be the knife for me. If you're using it a few times a day or less I think it is great. The size and thickness are perfect for EDC. For the right person I would highly suggest it.

Lots to love about this knife
I bought the Damascus version and it was worth the extra $20. At $99 you can't beat the quality. The lock pressure required to open/close is firm and consistent, which is just right to prevent accidental deployment. The superlock is now a favorite - I didn't have anything like this in my collection. Others reported issues with lock-stick, but mine is perfect. It's weighty and has a hefty, satisfying snap sound on deployment. I keep putting this one in my pocket day after day - my other knives are jealous. Nothing is perfect. The pocket clip functions just as it should, but it's nothing special - rather plain for such a pretty knife. I like that it's reversible, but the lack of a filler, makes the opposite side from the clip with the empty hole look a little incomplete - small ding on the overall look. I emphasize the word 'small'. I'm left handed and get some benefit from reversing the clip, but I'm undecided if the unfinished look of the opposite side makes it worth it. The thumb studs are close to the G10 body which is just fine because they are tall enough to easily access and deploy (both thumb and reverse flicks are great). The bone-colored G10 has a nice grip without being rough. Love the look of all the holes through the body which also provide additional grip and show the shiny Damascus sparkling through. The pocket clip is a bit in the way of the grip, and if I was using it constantly, I might just remove it altogether. Little grips aside, this is a nice knife to own and carry. I'm loving it - no regrets.

Innovative, near perfection.
The Vision FG is a joy to handle, fidget and admire the overall beauty. The Superlock is a great design innovation and I suspect future knife designers will capitalize on. Much has been said in online reviews about the *terrible" clip. Because no two hands or grip positions are alike, a hotspot could occur for some. It doesn't for me. But to be proactive I ordered the Civivi Titanium clip off Amazon prior to knife arrival and will swap it out for Titanium. (The Vision FG will use the "A" pack that comes w/ the clip, #8 torx) The knife came in flawless condition with the exception of blade centering and a stiff action which I tweaked and it now fidgets fantastically. The knife fills the hand very comfortably, feels solid and beefy. The G10's are grippy. This is my 3rd Civivi w/ Damascus; the Yonder & Mini Praxis. This Vision Damascus out classes those even though they are quite good. This is a purchase I have no regrets over, love it and highly recommend. A very substantial knife, razor sharp too.
