Why did you pick this product vs others?: 2016 glc300 Fit great Ease of assembly: You just need a plastic trim removal tool and make sure the little black hooks get pushed in as you are removing it if not it will get stuck. There are no screws holding it in just make sure the center console is open

No tools necessary, just push middle console button in and pull one side at a time , maybe damage old part if the clips are really stuck in there but that’s what the new ones for
