Unfortunately I got a food related illness and was sick for over a week. This wiped out all the good bacteria in my system and made me very ill. I read that this particular bacteria was exactly what I needed to restore my balance along with lactobacillus and the other bacteria that starts with a B. I can't remember it right now anyway I started to take this and yes I was very very gassy for the first two weeks after taking it but after that that went away my digestion went back to normal elimination went back to normal I'm not bloated and I'm feeling more comfortable than in years. I have been having a lot of G.I. issues, so I decided to give probiotics a shot. I started with one week flat and found that to be effective, so I decided to go for a bottle. Most of my symptoms have subsided!

I think this has cleared up my eczema, still determining that but very pleased so far.

I have done so very much research on probiotics and tried countless. I have IBS and my digestion can be rather unpredictable regardless of what I do. The last few probiotics I tried gave me awful gas. This one solved that issue but unfortunately it did not make me regular. I’m continuing to take it for now because it’s the best one I’ve found so far.
