The cable that had to connect the pad didn’t work. I ordered the same item twice hoping that only one or them had issues, but none of them worked. One of them didn’t work at all and the other one, I had to keep twisting the cable and hold it in a specific angle for it to stay on.

Great product! Great quality. Super soft and comfortable. Easy to use as well. Was able to get relief instantly. The timer is easy to use and understand. The heat level is perfect too. Not too much, but enough to provide perfect comfort. Highly recommend:)

It REALLY works on areas of pain. Try it. Doesn't work on everything, but we use ours all the time. Only reason 4 stars not 5 is connection cord isn't connecting anymore. To be fair it's a couple years old and we used it a lot!! We liked it so much we have bought several as gifts.
