It’s the good stuff!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s perfect over rice. The meat is tender with a mild savory flavor. It would be a good choice for a two or three day backpacking trip, too.

Spicy & tender meat too
I was really surprised this was so good since this is a shelf stable food product! The only reason for 4 ****is wish more pork in it. Beyond easy to microwave or stovetop. A lot of sauce, not very thick but flavorful. is spicy but not burn yr tongue off. Served over white rice and this actually makes enough for 2 ppl! Now that I know how this is, will be buying moreI

Good taste, but too mushy.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Because it is an authentic Mexican food product. Also, because of ease in preparation. However, I was disappointed in the product, because the meat is too mushy.

This item has way to much liquid. It is a soggy mess.

No spice, very little meat
This is mostly a bag of liquid with a little pork. Somehow, even though the bits of meat were floating in liquid, they were dry inside. Very little spice, this was extremely mild. Quite a disappointment because I love their beans

Great flavor, and very convenient.
We love the authentic taste and convenience of Isadora Mexican food. Each pouch provides 2-3 well-served portions, and we complement it with white rice and tortillas to make a complete meal.The meat is tender and delicious, while the green salsa packs a slight punch. My daughters don’t eat spicy food, and they still enjoy the Pork Chile Verde.Plus, the best part is that it only takes two minutes to prepare!I've also tried the Barbacoa and Chicken Mole flavors, but my wife and I disagree on which one is the best. For me, the Pork Chile Verde reigns supreme, while my wife prefers the Barbacoa. However, you really can't go wrong with any of the three flavors.

Not Barbacoa as I know it. But it tastes great!
To me this is pulled beef (carne deshebrada) in a flavorful juice and I loved it. Barbacoa is not juicy. I don't regret buying this tasty dish, great protein content and very enjoyable. I baked a white potato in the microwave, cut it in big chunks and mixed with this meat, mmmmh! I decided to reorder. I need to say that I was quite confident it would be good, because I had tried Isadora beans twice and I like them very much. Quality food. Thumbs up 👍🏻
