Looks just as pictured once completed. Cool Lego set, just make sure you have enough space to display for the diameter. Of course, with the shape it is repetitive building steps, but the finished product is worth it!

I got this retired Lego set for a great sales price ($40 less than retail) during Prime Day. I was concerned about buying Lego from Amazon because I heard horror stories regarding 3rd party sellers. No issues here. All the pieces were included. I am an adult fan of Lego and generally don’t like repetitive builds. This is one of those sets, but I decided to only build for 1-2 hrs a day so not to get bored. It was an easy build (for me), but probably best for 12+ yrs old. The actual Shield is a display piece, not for play (too flimsy).

My son loved it

Took about 5 hours to put together. Easy enough, like most lego sets. The top of it is an interesting design that curves down to snap in place. It gives it that rounded shield look. Only thing I wish was different was the base. The shield doesn't attach to it so I'm just waiting for it to fall. I kept the instructions just for that occasion.

My son is 8 and loves lego. This says it is for 18+ and it definitely is time consuming but my son is managing it fine and loves it though there are some slightly difficult and repetitive parts, but it looks really cool. I gave it 5 stars for "Easy to assemble." In reality it is not easy to assemble, but I think that is part of the fun here--it is challenging and that's why my kid things this is great.
