Buy this one not the more expensive one
The media could not be loaded. I brought this one after many reviews and all, the adapter is loose but will work, if not then just change the adapter and use the phone one, also it doesn’t vibrates, see from slow motion cam, you will se the movement, its not visible through naked eye, but it does works, don’t hesistate just buy it

Good dermapen under budget
It is a wired dermaroller as also mentioned in the description, got 2 needling attachment one is 12 pin and other one is nano type. So overall good experience at this price point which is 1179.
