I don’t need to tell you how small and compact this little recorder is – you can see from the manufacturer’s pictures. It easily fits into a shirt or coat pocket or a pair of jeans.There are push-button/rocker type switches on both sides of the unit. I know there’s always the temptation to “try it out,” by simply pushing on all the buttons and switches until you get the hang of how these little recorders work.I’m suggesting you read the instructions first. Otherwise, you’ll end up frustrated and left with the impression that the unit doesn’t work right or isn’t user friendly.In reality, the unit offers a lot of options, and to make those available in such a small footprint, the manufacturer has combined some functions within the same button. To activate some of these functions or to bring up submenus, it may be necessary to hold down a specific button a little longer.Yes, there is a learning curve. But if you have the unit and instructions in front of you, it shouldn’t take more than about ten minutes to become familiar with the controls.The build quality is fine for the intended purpose. The case is made of high-impact plastic and is extremely lightweight. That means it will fit into a shirt pocket without dragging the fabric or creating a noticeable outline.I was really surprised by the audio quality. The voices are sharp and clear and unless there is a large amount of background noise, it’s typically very clean. I can’t offer an opinion concerning music. I use this only for seminars and recording speeches.There’s a built-in speaker that is loud enough to playback the content for the immediate group, and the file can be transferred to a computer if you need to edit or otherwise change or manipulate the content.The LED readout is bright, sharp, and easy to read. You can scroll through existing files, delete the ones you don’t want, and do general housecleaning on the existing recordings.For twenty-three bucks, you can’t really improve on the recording and playback quality. If you need a very small, full-function recorder to take notes, record classes, seminars, and meetings, or record an interview with a totally unobtrusive recorder, this one is perfect.

It's pretty hard to figure out even after you read what it's saying it's hard to eye and hand coordination somehow you just got to figure it out for yourself

This recorder would be great. However, the buttons on the side to select options are so tiny. My fingers are too large to press only one at a time. I found that I push two at a time. If you have small hands you'll make out fine. It is a nice-looking recorder.

This recorder is very small... maybe 3 1/2" long X 3/4" wide and maybe 3/8" thick. See photo for comparison with pen.It seems to pick up conversation in the room just fine. Sound quality is very good. The screen is super small but all the controls are on either side of the recorder and you can handle most things without even looking at the screen.You charge it with a micro USB cable. Fully charged, it will last all day There also is a micro SD slot on the side for extra storage. Mine came with a 32GB card in it - that's the biggest it will take it says.And the price? Utterly fantastic. It was under twenty bucks even with taxes!I really like this recorder and would buy it again.

Very hard for use. Commands don’t respond. Have to keep repeating moves

I used in a classroom setting and the sound was clear without a lot of ambient sounds.

Hard to use doesn’t work good not easy to find recordings you need once they’re recorded. I ended up buying another one. I was so frustrated.

I was impressed with the this recorder. At only $19.00 I was very shocked. Pros: Fast charging, charge last long a long time, item comes with a removable 32GB microSD memory card (will accept up to 128GB microSD card), Can also playback stored music if you upload/record music on memory card. I edit my recording with the free software I already had on my PC with the USB cable (provided) and had no issues. I have other recorders I also got on Amazon that cost more than $100.00 and this one is every bit as good! I fact I like this one better because this one doesn't have the constant on red light. Now I use this one is more discrete, smaller footprint, and this one is feather-light, and for me it lasted all day outside at 85 degrees and picked up sound I didn't hear. This also records in 2-channels Left/Right.
