The foam roller is really heavy duty. Very sturdy and of good quality. This is perfect to get some post workout stretching and a perfect rolling massages to stay injury free after an intensive workout. Regular usage also doesnt wear out the material. Overall a good product at a good price.

Have been using the roller for my post workout. Must say that the build quality is strong. Have used other rollers previously but this one better. Roller is value for money.
