Arm & Hammer HE Compatible Liquid Detergent, Unscented, 5 gal Jug

I’ve been using Arm & Hammer Plus OxiClean for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with how well it works. It tackles tough stains like a champ — whether it’s grass, food, or just heavily worn clothes, it gets everything clean. The OxiClean boost definitely makes a difference. One of the things I like most is the fresh, clean scent it leaves behind. It’s not too strong or perfumy — just that classic “fresh laundry” smell. This detergent was bigger and heavier than I expected—but honestly, totally worth it! It lasts me well over a year, which is super convenient. In my state, I can’t find this size in stores, so being able to get it in bulk online is a game-changer. Cleans well, smells fresh, and saves me trips to the store. Highly recommend for anyone who likes to stock up!

I love the product... no complaints whatsoever. Bought it twice already this year on Amazon. I try to be reasonable, honest and accurate with all my Amazon reviews. This one is not critical of the product.. but is a little upset about the current value of the product on Amazon. Thirty eight percent increase in the value since I last purchased it in June does not seem reasonable to me. I messaged Amazon about this and they asked if I wanted to set a price point notification for it.. which I did. Amazon is generally a great place to shop, but please be careful with your value comparisons. I included a photo of my setup for dispensing in the laundry room. I see the complaints about it being hard to open but all you really need is a pair of channel locks to remove the top. Then you can drill a hole in it and insert a spout (which I also purchased here on Amazon).

“I’m pretty proud of this particular life hack. Here’s what I did: Start by buying a 3/4-inch NPT pipe (FYI, a 3/4-inch NPT pipe has a 1-inch outside diameter and a 3/4-inch inside diameter). The cap already has internal threads at the top. Drill or punch a hole through the bottom of the cap, then install the threaded pipe. Next, find a pump that screws onto a 28mm bottle. While 28mm threads aren’t technically compatible with 3/4-inch NPT pipe threads, it’s a well-known trick that this works just fine. Many people use bottle caps (which are also 28mm) to screw onto 3/4-inch pipe. The pump I’m using is very cheap. It actually designed for mechanics to pump oil into a car from underneath it. You can easily find this type of pump by searching for its cap size (28mm). I’ll need to purchase a longer tube to reach the bottom of the jug. I needed something cheap and easy for my wife to use. I just hope it cleans well because there are a lot of parts involved!” The particular pump that you see is actually made for mechanics to pump oil into a car from underneath it. You should be able to find the pump easily by searching the cap size (28mm). I will have to purchase a longer tube to reach all the way to the bottom of the jug. I needed something cheap and easy for my wife to use. I just hope it cleans well because this is a lot of soap!

This smells amazing. Did not fade my clothes (hot or cold water did not matter). Got stains out with out pre treatment. Arrived early. I have a puppy we are potty training and it takes the smell right out with ease. I will say it's heavy so get help carrying it. And if your like me with a big family this is the most bang for your buck. Its not the most easiest to use.... I find dividing it into to smaller containers works best. Freshness..... for +9 days of fresh smelling laundry. Lasts a long time +5 months. I will say this last time I ordered this the lid was not on all the way and It did leak out in transit, Amazon did make it right though. If it wasn't for the leak I would give it 5/5 stars.

So happy with this purchase. To get the cap off my husband used channel locks to get it off and it worked beautifully. I am currently looking for a pump or tap to use on the laundry soap but haven't found one yet. But this is probably one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. I use laundry soap so often I needed something to last me a bit longer and this fits the bill. I also like that it's good on my skin it doesn't irritate my skin and when it comes to really strong smells or dyes my skin will start to break out. Arm and hammer laundry soap has been my go to since I found out my skin reacts badly to dyes and also strong smells. I do like that this laundry soap also has no real smell to it. It smells clean is all I can think of. I could also use any of the arm and hammer laundry soaps and I don't break out from any of the products. No leaks and will be easier to use once I put a tap on it.

Good value and works great like it always does just in bulk.

Love this laundry detergent spray for the price for the amount of laundry detergent you get. I just refill bottles and go to the laundromat.
