Gorgeous and high quality. They're the best and only notebook I have used in recent years

One of my trusted notebook for writing thoughts. However, the quality of the paper is somewhat getting inconsistent lately. Some batch has really good quality and some do show more noticeable ghosting using either fountain pens or gel pens 0.5mm. At 0.7mm, it now depends on how much ghosting you can tolerate. Their 120g edition is better suited for these pens. The paper has a light feedback which is my preferred ones. Close to a Midori MD which has the best paper feedback. The lines are narrow at 6mm apart which is suited for note taking or just straight writing Premium quality is really what you pay for

I love the professional look of these. I have nine in my collection already, all in different colours. Love them.

Leuchtturm notebooks have the best feel and the best paper. Moleskine notebooks bleed through with fountain pens. Leuchtturm do not. This jacket color is great, too.

I buy one every year!

Beautifully crafted

I am writing this review after using this notebook to its entirety. The usage I had for this notebook was as a bullet journal using either half a page or an entire page per day. I used this book for the last 5 months of 2024 and this is what I have to say. The colour of the notebook is pleasant and with the vast colour options Leuchtturm1917 notebooks you could have pretty much any colour you would like. I prefer dot grid notebook to have guidelines to write yet the freedom of being able to draw but the paper print to colour combinations are vast so you can adapt to your needs. The pages are smooth and the final couple pages are perforated in case you needed spare bit of paper to be ripped out. With casebound notebooks you don’t want to rip out the page entirely because it can result in the rest of the notebook falling apart. So having the perforated pages as an option is useful. The only downside to this notebook is that the paper is really thin, so you can see quite a lot of ghosting through the pages. This bothers me a little but the company do have 120 gsm option which is used for the official bullet journal Leuchtturm notebooks. Overall, lovely notebook but if thin pages bother you quite a lot do go for a different notebook instead.

バレットジャーナル用のノートを買いたいと思い、こちらのメーカーのを探していましたが色がたくさんで悩んでました。 そんな中でこちらの色がライジングサンと名前に惹かれて買いました。 実物を見ても明るいいい色で、毎日記すノートなので元気をもらっています。 ドット方眼が初めてで気になっていましたが、邪魔にならないし、慣れてくると書きやすく感じるようになりました。 また、ページが振ってあったり、目次があるのもとても便利です。 ゲルインクだと少し裏写りしますが気にするほどではないかなと。 ページが250くらいと多いので、半分過ぎたくらいから、書き終わったページ側が浮き上がるのが少し気になるくらいです。これも押さえれば全く問題なくかけます。 残り半分を切ったので、次はどんな色にしようか今から楽しみにしています。 値段に見合う価値はあると思います。

ドット方眼タイプの方をバレットジャーナル風に使っていたのですが、 使い終わって買い足そうとしたら値段がすごいことになっていたので、 比較的手頃な値段だった方眼タイプを試してみました。 （購入時、2500円程度でした。価格変動が大きいようなので注意） 方眼だと線が邪魔で使う気になれないことが多々あるのですが、 線は細く、色も薄いのでまったく問題ありませんでした。 レイアウトは、上下に帯状に空白があるのですが、その点も問題ありません。 （写真は、同じロイヒトトゥルムのドットタイプと方眼タイプの比較です） こちらを使い切ったらどうするかは、またその時の価格によって検討します。
