Very happy with this bench, I just wanted something to help me with a dumbbell routine & better ability to incline bench press with dumbbells etc plus the many other types of exercises with the aid of a bench. It fold away easily so is easy stored when not in use, very comfortable. Just folds out so no assembly required other than the wee foam rollers & the exercise bands that come with it. Adjustment is very easy & definitely decent quality. Easy to lift & safely move about. Definitely recommend for anyone looking an quality inexpensive bench which is very comfortable

When I bought this bench I never expected much for the money but I was pleasantly surprised. This adjustable weight bench is an unbelievable piece of kit for the money. It is lightweight and sturdy and has an extremely small footprint, taking up very little space in whichever room the buyer uses it in. The padding on the bench is approximately 2.05 cm or 1'' which is enough for its intended use & comparable with other benches in this category.The bench is quick and easy to set up and take down but where it really shines Is in the space it needs once folded up, which is really amazing. This bench would quite easily fit in the bottom of a wardrobe, in a small cupboard or even under a bed, making it usable in almost all circumstances. Obviously the buyer will have to factor in weights or other equipment used with this bench but it's quite easy to use a bench like this for non load bearing exercise.The bench comes into its own with the use of free weights giving the user a number of exercise possibilities, where it falls down though is with the included resistance band, however this can be removed for a better user experience. This bench is perfect for the amateur at home user who wants to stay fit in their own home, has a budget or doesn't want a vast amount of equipment taking up space. If you want a sturdy bench that takes up virtually no space, is easy to put up and take down then buy this, you won't be disappointed

Good value for money as long as you don't include the little stoppers on the feet as part of your evaluation because they will NOT be staying on.Sturdy and comfortable enough for what you want it to do. Can even use it as an extra chair for that in-law you don't like who showed up unannounced. I do wish it was just a little longer though, not enough head support for us tall folk while upright, but it's fine when horizontal.

Me personally, I am super motivated to work out, I'm pumped, ready to go to the gym, by the time I get there, everytime without fail cba, having this compact workout bench in the corner of my living room that unfolds so easily, it's too easy to whip it out and start lifting. I'm 5'11, around 200lbs, it's very sturdy and is suitable for most guys heights.

It's not the best, suitable for just now but will have to upgrade soon, other half won't use it as it's too uncomfortable for him, it is easy to set up, and packs flat, and for the price it's not the worst, but the seat is very short, and with the bars being fixed at one end, there's limitations to what you can do, the other half kept complaining the seat was too small that when his legs were over the bar his bum would sit between the two cushions and notOn them. Also the cushioning is quite thin.

The height without the backrest is ideal for 45 degree chest supported rear -delt flies or dumbbell row. Most other benches are too high for such dumbbell moves

The product is good for the price. Easy to put away. Looks nice. If you are looking for an expensive product this is not for you, if you are looking for quick, convenient and a decent product then this is it.
