As someone who has dry elbows I'm always on the lookout for new lotions to use and this certainly seemed a good one to pickup given the natural and vegan friendly ingredients.👃 SCENT 👃The scent for this is certainly a step back from some of the other lotions containing cocoa butter that I've used. It's difficult to pin down what it is but I believe it's the shea butter that's coming through. I initially found the smell sickly but it has grown on me with daily use. On the other hand my partner absolutely loves it. I think this will certainly be a subjective part of this lotion.📦PACKAGE/CONTAINER📦This is stored within a glass container which definitely ups the price of this but the fact it can be reused for something else when this lotion runs out is a nice thought.💸 PRICE 💸I think the price is quite high. However, if you're looking for natural ingredients and a lotion that is vegan then this is certainly in line with others out there.🧴 PERFORMANCE 🧴The moisturising and hydration this offers is great. I'd say it slightly outperforms the Vaseline lotion that I usually use. The texture of this is quite thick in comparison to my current lotion but I definitely don't use nearly as much of this. I think this will have similar longevity to my current lotion despite having a lesser overall volume (250ml vs 400ml).❓Conclusion❓Personally, the price is a bit too high for me to justify it replacing my regular lotion. HOWEVER, I still think this is a great product and would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a moisturiser with all natural and vegan ingredients.

Expensive, and a very weird scent. I can't tolerate the smell personally. It's nice on the skin and feels nice, but I can't wear it. Glass bottle is good for recycling.

I have very sensitive skin and shea butter is one thing that my skin responds well to. This has got a bunch of amazing ingredients in, and I love it.I tend to moisturise after every bath and shower. The push top pump is super handy for this as you can control exactly how much you're getting and you don't waste anything.The smell is luxurious and it smells so so good. The hint of cocoa butter scent comes through a little bit but the mixture of smells is like something I've smelt on a spa day - absolutely divine and very fragrant.The texture is thick but it's the oils or not I don't know but it is very easily spreadable so you don't need loads. With some butters I've used it's so thick you have to use so much of it - luckily with this that's not the case, although given the price you'd hope so!That goes onto the price. This is very, very pricey. I wouldn't be able to afford this as my regular all-over moisturiser. Although it's excellent and makes my skin feel wonderful and soft, I just couldn't justify it.So overall? A gorgeous product, but not incredibly affordable. If you are able to, I'd definitely recommend it as the ingredients are worthwhile - but for me I'll enjoy this treat and will have to go back to my regular moisturiser.
