I bought this headset in November 2022.It has been and still is a great companion as I take it to my work every day, which involves a lot of traveling around a great city and I need my music and to drown out the loud city noises. So i CANNOT leave my house without these babies, wether its for work or going to the gym. The pairing sometimes acted up in the past, but other than that it's been a great set of earbuds, I have also purchased one for my partner months after getting mine.I have noticed recently that the battery life has drastically decreased, I have to place it back to its case almost every hour, it displays 100% on my phone for the left earbud which depletes to 40%within minutes, and slowly the right one follows as well.I'm a bit sad because they are a great pair of earbuds in the beginning i could listen to music for hours with 1 charge.. nonetheless ill continue to use them until the battery will finally die.The noise canceling is amazing on it, you can barely hear anything from the outside world and you can play around with the app whichever settings you prefer.

I have recently tested these on a return flight to the canaries plus a fairly large selection of other scenarios.The good - battery life of the buds and case is outstanding, plus the quick charge of the buds is really useful. Sound quality is excellent too, they certainly punch above their weight for the price. Range and pairing speed are also good. The average - the ANC is not brilliant, but you can’t expect everything for less than £50. In summary, it’s unbelievable how good cheap buds have got, these outperform a well known brand I paid triple the price for 2 years ago.

I have ASD and use earbuds on public transport, primarily to block out ambient noise.Until recently I've been using the JBL 200TWS. I got them for a very good price and have been happy with their sound, simplicity and reliabilty. The only thing they lack is ANC and unless you play them at painful levels they don't block any background noise. ( I did manage to fit them with some Comply tips to improve passsive cancellation, but they won't fit the charging case).I've been looking at the 230NC since the price dropped but was wary of the number of reviews saying they were unreliable, so held out until the extended returns period started earlier this month.Soundwise, they offer an improvement in a quiet setting but on the bus they sound much the same as the 200's. Where they do offer a big improvement is in noise cancellation, with all but the most vocal of screaming babies being blocked. My only gripe about this is that it's not easy to turn ANC on/off without the app.They are also very bass heavy if you use the built-in EQ but I've now disabled it and use the flat setting in the Amazon music app which offers a more natural presentation.I really hope they remain reliable, as they offer a big improvement for me when travelling and are also enjoyable to use at home.

The media could not be loaded. ⚠️Edited after 3 months read before buying!It's not been a month or anything since am writing this review.....Starting with the fit it fits my ear perfectly doesn't fall off... Sound quality is really good wasn't expecting this much quality from the driver..... Talking abt appearance it's sleek lookin.... If you ask me it's valid for money I will say it is being 75% honest.... What concerns me is lately the headphones case battery doesn't last long I only use my headphones for like 4hrs max a day.. but I still need to charge it every days... I use it without ANC an also the right headphones doesn't turn off and charge when I put in the case some times it doesn't turn on when I take it out... So then I have to take it out and the put it back in again n then take it out to get them to work..... And also the lid of case has became loose now... I bought the product on 26 march and now it's 19 April....Today is 29 July , 4th month of using the JBL TUNE 230NCFrom yesterday on my left earbuds has stopped charging... It keeps blinking white... I charged my headphones case to 100% even after leaving my left headphones in the case to charge a whole day... It still doesn't charge... In the app it says it's left at 10% not charging at all... I bought this product for £79 I could have just brought something else from some other seller...... ....Worst product for the price... Don't buy not recommended.

It's great good sound great buy, will recommend it to anybody looking to purchase earphones.

Purchased these 2 Years ago (Jan 2023) and they are still great. The noise cancelling is amazing and so is the sound. I like how you can change the settings of the earphones on the JBL app so you can have them sound how you like. Battery life is also great, it lasts over a month. The touch controll is also easy to use, they are really comfy too.I had an issue with the battery on one of the buds last year and sent it to JBL, they replaced the battery for free as they come with a two year guarantee.Overall, really reccomend you get some.
